当前,国家对大学本科的教育愈发重视,提出了多种教改方案。面对“互联网+”快速发展的形势,文章分析了“互联网+”时代背景下“科研思路与方法”新型教学模式的优势以及如何高效率地构建。通过教师、学生、互联网三者协调配合以及师生的线上互动交流和讨论,可以充分调动学生独立思考、自主学习的积极性,同时增加了教学趣味性,提高了教学质量。  相似文献   

Sustainable career development for R&D professionals: Applying a career development system in Basque country

The goal of this study is to measure the effectiveness of a career development system implemented at a research and technology organization at satisfying the context requirements of a decree issued by the Basque Country government. Through in-depth surveying of 80 R&D professionals over the five years, the authors aimed to determine whether a career development system, when it is linked to context requirements and researchers’ contributions, could offer researchers feedback about their career aims and increase their job satisfaction. During the five years of the study, the researchers’ capacity to meet career requirements improved by 20%, and job satisfaction, although it declined at first, increased substantially in the last two years, reaching a historic high for the employee satisfaction survey.  相似文献

摘要：选题是科学研究的开始，也是许多研究者关注的重点和难点。基于选题在科学研究中的重要作用，从5个不同的角度对体育科学领域的选题问题进行分析，包括：1）从大处着眼、小处着手；2）注重理论的地位与发展；3）遵循母学科的研究范式；4）沿着狭窄而稳定的研究方向积累自己的学术成果；5）让最优秀的期刊和最优秀的论文引领自己。探讨当前体育科学研究存在的问题，提出了解决这些问题的具体建议。研究认为：选题需要一定程度的甚至是深厚的知识积累、思考积累和探索积累；选题看似是研究的开始和起点，但其实是一个厚积薄发的过程。  相似文献   

Catalyzing Research Competitiveness: The Georgia Research Alliance

Virtually everywhere, there is governmental interest in developing and using science and technology as a tool for economic development and other public purposes. States within the United States look to advance vis-à-vis other states, just as nations seek to rise in competitiveness. What institutional mechanisms work? What research and other strategies are effective? The Georgia Research Alliance (GRA) represents an important model that appears successful. During the 1990s, key business executives, university presidents, and state government forged a research partnership - GRA. A non-profit entity, GRA played a catalytic role in getting state government, industry, and universities in a specific region to work in concert to hire scientific luminaries, attract federal research funds, and translate research into economic development. The dynamics of this catalytic entity are discussed using a life-cycle model of organizational development.  相似文献

新闻报道中的歧视现象是一个非常值得关注的话题。歧视现象的表现类型有性别歧视、地域歧视、职业歧视、身份歧视以及年龄歧视、生理缺陷歧视等。歧视现象出现的原因很复杂,大致有:传统文化积淀的产物;经济利益的诱导;新闻工作者视野的狭窄性;人文关怀的缺失;法制观念的淡薄等。要克服新闻报道中的歧视现象,应当从以下一些方面做工作:破除传统观念的束缚;处理好媒体伦理和社会伦理的关系;加强记者的职业操守;加强人文关怀意识,增强法制观念等。  相似文献   

Complete graphs and bibliographic coupling: A test of the applicability of bibliographic coupling for the identification of cognitive cores on the field level

The method of bibliographic coupling in combination with the complete link cluster method was applied for mapping of the field of organic chemistry with the purpose of testing the applicability of a proposed mapping method on the field level. The method put forward aimed at the generation of cognitive cores of documents, so-called ‘bibliographic cliques’ in the network of bibliographically coupled research articles. The defining feature of these cliques is that they can be considered complete graphs where each bibliographic coupling link ties an unordered pair of documents. In this way, it was presumed that coherent groups of documents in the research front would be found and that these groups would be intellectually coherent as well. Statistical analysis and subject specialist evaluations confirmed these presumptions. The study also elaborates on the choice of observation period and the application of thresholds in relation to the size of document populations.  相似文献
