中国土地用途管制绩效的时空差异性分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

基于因子分析法,协调度模型法和比较分析法,定量分析我国31个省(自治区、直辖市)在1996年-2010年间土地用途管制绩效的时空差异,探讨社会经济与政策制度的协调性,以期为我国土地用途管制制度的完善提供参考意见.研究结果表明:从时间维度看,我国土地用途管制绩效在短期内效果显著,长期内效果逐渐减弱;结合我国粮食分区状况,从空间维度看,管制制度绩效评价好的省(自治区、直辖市)大部分属于粮食主产区,而执行效果相对较差的省(自治区、直辖市)基本上都是粮食主销区;从协调度角度看,在管制制度实施的情况下,大量经济滞后的省(自治区、直辖市)政策执行过度,社会经济发展明显滞后于政策制度,协调度指数大幅下降,而经济高度发达地区则大部分达到了高度协调水平.得出研究结论,根据土地用途管制绩效的时空差异和协调性分析,针对不同时段不同分区采取差异化管制政策及措施,提高管制绩效水平,完善我国土地用途管制制度.  相似文献

We analyzed the effect of an 8-week strength training (ST) program on the rate of force development (RFD) and electromyographic activity (EMG) in older women. Seventeen women (M age = 63.4 years, SD = 4.9) without previous ST experience were randomly assigned to either a control (n = 7) or training (n = 10) group. A leg-press isometric test was used for assessment. ST (three sessions/ week, three sets of 10–12 repetition maximum, five different exercises) induced significant increases (p < .05) on peak RFD (48.4%) and on RFD and EMG of vastus medialis at time intervals of 0–50, 0–100, 0–150, and 0–200 ms (41.1–69.2% and 43.8– 64.3%, respectively). Therefore, ST resulted in favorable changes in neuromuscular responses in older women.  相似文献

High-resolution magnetic resonance (MR) imaging today allows the in vivo quantification of the surface area of the cortex covering the planum temporale and permits assessment of the direction and degree of individual left-right asymmetry of this structure. This methodologic advance is promoting new studies on the biological mechanisms of anatomic and functional lateralization and on the structural accompaniments of disorders such as developmental dyslexia. It is important to stress that studies must agree on the definition and measurement of planum asymmetry, and we review our definition and its justification in the present article.Data obtained from normal subjects supported the assumption that planum (a)symmetry underlies functional lateralization. Thus, familial sinistrality predicted for symmetry of the planum in all eight left-handers studied. The pattern of planum symmetry in the normals was similar to that found in the post mortem studies of dyslexic individuals. Insofar as hand preference and developmental dyslexia are in part genetically transmitted, we suggest that planum symmetry may represent an inherited condition as well. Further-more, even though planum symmetry is part of the anatomic substrate of developmental dyslexia, it is unlikely that it represents a form of developmental anatomic pathology.  相似文献

The study examined whether the modality effect is caused by either high visuo-spatial load or a lack of temporal contiguity when processing written text and pictures. Students (N = 147) viewed pictures on the development of tornados, which were accompanied by either spoken or written explanations presented simultaneously with, before, or after the pictures. For verbal recall no modality effect was observed, whereas for transfer the influence of modality varied as a function of phonological working memory capacity. For pictorial recall the results showed a modality effect that was limited to simultaneous presentation, apparently in line with the temporal contiguity explanation. However, spoken simultaneous presentations were not superior to spoken sequential presentations, which contradicts the temporal contiguity explanation for the modality effect. Rather, it seems as if learners with simultaneous presentation of written text and picture concentrated more on the text and ignored the pictures, resulting in worse pictorial recall.  相似文献

While much of Occupy's political power is rooted in its spatial tactic, the movement's temporal realities are also key to understanding its complexities. This talk considers those realities, specifically turning to the night: a time when the spatial practice of occupying and the temporality of precarity find each other in a strange embrace. In the dark, new and unheard of demands emerge for the first time. At night, the fault lines of the movement rupture to the surface in new ways. It is also at night that those outside the camps, from the police, journalists, and the public, fix their gaze upon Occupy. Night also reflects the lived experience of precarity that Occupy and other activists and theorists have long mobilized against. This paper considers what new strategies of resistance loom in the realm of time.  相似文献

全球气候变暖对陆地水循环会产生重大影响,统计降尺度方法是解决大尺度气候信息和小尺度水文响应的空间尺度不匹配问题的有效方法之一。选取NCEP/NCAR再分析日资料(简称NCEP)和HadCM3在A2和B2情景下的大气变量日资料(简称H3A2和H3B2),并选取海河流域上11个站点1961年~2000年日平均温度、蒸发皿蒸发量以及降水的实测资料,采用SDSM(the Statistical Down-Scaling Model)方法,进行海河流域气候变化特征量的降尺度研究。研究表明:①使用SMLR (Stepwise Multi-Line Regression)方法,可以在广阔的空间范围内优选出具有一定物理机制的适用于不同预报量的预报因子;②SDSM方法对日平均温度、蒸发皿蒸发量以及降水都能较准确模拟,其观测与模拟值的确定性系数分别可达99%,92%和73%以上;③SDSM方法在模拟极端事件时存在一定系统偏差,而且模拟的峰值略滞后。  相似文献

Climate change has become one of the most significant crises of our time. Public opinion on climate change is influenced by social media platforms such as Twitter, often divided into believers and deniers. In this paper, we propose a framework to classify a tweet’s stance on climate change (denier/believer). Existing approaches to stance detection and classification of climate change tweets either have paid little attention to the characteristics of deniers’ tweets or often lack an appropriate architecture. However, the relevant literature reveals that the sentimental aspects and time perspective of climate change conversations on Twitter have a major impact on public attitudes and environmental orientation. Therefore, in our study, we focus on exploring the role of temporal orientation and sentiment analysis (auxiliary tasks) in detecting the attitude of tweets on climate change (main task). Our proposed framework STASY integrates word- and sentence-based feature encoders with the intra-task and shared-private attention frameworks to better encode the interactions between task-specific and shared features. We conducted our experiments on our novel curated climate change CLiCS dataset (2465 denier and 7235 believer tweets), two publicly available climate change datasets (ClimateICWSM-2022 and ClimateStance-2022), and two benchmark stance detection datasets (SemEval-2016 and COVID-19-Stance). Experiments show that our proposed approach improves stance detection performance (with an average improvement of 12.14% on our climate change dataset, 15.18% on ClimateICWSM-2022, 12.94% on ClimateStance-2022, 19.38% on SemEval-2016, and 35.01% on COVID-19-Stance in terms of average F1 scores) by benefiting from the auxiliary tasks compared to the baseline methods.  相似文献

河西地区1960年至2008年潜在蒸发量的时空变化分析   总被引:6,自引:2,他引:4  
利用FAO Penman-Monteith模型计算出潜在蒸发量,运用数理统计理论和GIS空间分析技术,对河西地区潜在蒸发的时空特征进行了分析,结合Morlet小波分析和Hurst指数预测潜在蒸发变化趋势。结果表明:①河西地区潜在蒸发总体呈波动下降趋势,20世纪60年代~90年代,潜在蒸发为稳定下降期,约2.76mm/年,其中70年代减少率最大,约11.3mm/年;夏季潜在蒸发变化速率最大,约-2.07mm/年,其次为春季和秋季,冬季最小;②河西地区潜在蒸发自西北向东南呈递减趋势,靠近祁连山地区最小;潜在蒸发主要集中在春季和夏季,分别占年潜在蒸发30%和40%,秋季次之,冬季最小;③影响河西地区潜在蒸发的主要因素为风速,而影响春季潜在蒸发的主要因素是气温;④河西地区潜在蒸发存在12年左右的主振荡周期,年潜在蒸发表现出比较强的持续性,即未来趋势与近12年变化趋势的一致,潜在蒸发呈上升趋势。  相似文献

Cost optimization continues to be a critical concern for many human resources departments. The key is to balance between costs and business value. In particular, computer science organizations prefer to hire people who are expert in only one skill area and have a slight superficial knowledge in other areas that gives them the ability to collaborate across different aspects of project. Community Question Answering networks provide good platforms for people and organizations to share knowledge and find experts. An important issue in expert finding is that an expert has to constantly update his knowledge after being saturated in his field of expertise to still be identified as expert. A person who fails to preserve his expertise is likely to lose his expertise. This work justifies this question that does take the concept of time into account improve the quality of expertise retrieval. We propose a new method for T-shaped expert finding that is based on temporal expert profiling. The proposed method takes the temporal property of expertise into account to mine the shape of expertise for each candidate expert based on his profile. To this end, for each candidate expert, we take snapshots of his expertise trees at regular time intervals and learn the relation between temporal changes in different expertise trees and candidates’ profile. Finally, we use a filtering technique that is applied on top of the profiling method, to find shape of expertise for candidate experts. Experimental results on a large test collection show the superiority of the proposed method in terms of quality of results in comparison with state-of-the-art.  相似文献
