研究了磷钨杂多酸的制备及其催化合成己酸乙酯的情况.结果表明:磷钨杂多酸是合成己酸乙酯的良好催化剂,当酸醇物质的量比为1∶2.0,催化剂用量为0.5 g/0.1 mol己酸,甲苯为8 mL,反应时间为150 min时,酯化率可达97.2%.  相似文献   

合成红花油不饱和单甘酯的协同效应研究

以新疆特产红花籽油、甘油为原料,在碱催化剂的作用下合成红花油不饱和单甘油酯.实验结果表明:在最优条件(甘油红花油的摩尔比=3∶1,催化剂用量为红花油质量的0.14%,反应温度为195℃)下,搅拌速度与氮气流量存在协调效应;用复合催化剂NaOH∶NaHCO3(mol mol)=1∶1进行的醇解反应比用单一碱催化剂NaOH或NaHCO3进行反应效果要好得多,可获得产率为66.53%单甘酯,反应时间也缩短一半.  相似文献   

Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of Novel N-Benzoxazolonyluracils as Protox-Inhibitor

Protoporphyrinogen oxidase inhibitor has become the focus research field as herbicides.Seven novel N-benzoxazolonyluracils were obtained by cyclization of 6-aminobenzoxazolone derivatives with ethyl 3-dimethylcarbamoylamido-4,4,4-trifluorocrotonate and then methylation or amination, and the reaction yields were between 59%-86%. The chemical structures of the compounds were identified by Elemental Analysis, MS and ^1H NMR. Biological results indicate that some compounds exhibit excellent control of broadleaf weeds at post-emergence by low dosage 18.75 ga.i/ha, but are not effective for grass weeds below dosage 37.5 ga. i/ha. In addition, these compounds show no damage at high-dosage 150 ga. i/ha to wheat and corn, but are unsafe to dicotyledonous plants such as cole, soybean and sorghum even at lower dosage 18.75 ga. i/ha.  相似文献

Preparation and Tribological Performance of Novel Organotin Compound as Lubricant Additive

Oil-soluble stannous naphthenate (SN) is synthesized by using naphthenatic acid and SnO. And its molecular structure is confirmed by IR and multielement oil analyzer (MOA). The tribological performances of the organotin as lubricant additive are evaluated with a four-ball friction and wear tester. These experiments indicate that the wear scar diameter (WSD) and friction coefficient are diminished while the load-carrying capability increased by comparison with that of base oil. The elemental composition of the boundary lubricating film is examined by means of Auger electron spectroscopy (AES). Synergistic effect is found in the load-carrying capability of the complex of SN and sulfured olefin. The analytical results of AES indicate that the good performance of stannous naphthenate is attributed to the formation of a boundary lubricating film containing Sn on the rubbed surface.  相似文献
