目的:探讨腹腔镜手术在妇科手术中的应用和治疗效果.方法:对23例卵巢良性肿瘤患者,实行了腹腔镜下肿瘤囊壁剥除术,保留了卵巢;对3例多囊卵巢行打孔术;对9例异位妊娠患者,6例行患侧输卵管切除术,3例行保守手术.结果:35例患者手术均成功,无1例中转开腹,无1例出现并发症,近期随访无复发.异位妊娠保守手术者均于术后二周复查血HCG为阴性,无持续妊娠,无术后出血.结论:腹腔镜手术具有损伤小,恢复快,并发症少,治疗效果可靠及住院时间短等优点.尤其附件良性病变是腹腔镜手术的最佳适应证,值得有条件的医院推广应用. 相似文献

目的探讨微创PLIF治疗腰椎间盘突出症围手术护理。方法回顾性总结和分析45例接受微创PLIF手术治疗经过和护理过程。结果经过平均12个月的随访,所有患者手术过程顺利,未见感染、深静脉血栓等并发症发生。通过围手术期指导和护理,患者克服了对手术的恐惧等心理障碍;术后能正确配合医生医嘱,积极预防各种术后卧床期间并发症,积极康复训练,患者术后腿痛VAS评分和JOA下腰痛评分明显优于术前。结论微创PLIF治疗腰椎间盘突出症手术围手术期的护理对患者康复,减少并发症具有重要意义。 相似文献

Peptide hormones are released from the gastrointestinal tract in response to nutrients and communicate information regarding the current state of energy balance to the brain. These hormones regulate appetite, energy expenditure and glucose homeostasis. They can act either via the circulation at target peripheral tissues, by activation of the vagus nerve or by acting on key brain regions implicated in energy homeostasis such as the hypothalamus and brainstem. Scalpels are utilized by many different user groups for such purposes as medical procedures and dissection. Injuries caused by scalpels are a potential risk for scalpel users, and include injuries that may occur while mounting and removing the scalpel blade. Between 10% and 20% of all scalpel injuries in education and healthcare settings are reported to occur while scalpel blades are being mounted or removed. At present there are few published or “best practice” demonstrations of safe technique for scalpel blade mounting and removal. This brief article outlines a variation of the procedure for scalpel blade mounting and removal. It includes strategies developed to minimize risk or injury for the scalpel user, including providing a stable base for the hands and arms so as to prevent unnecessary large amplitude movements that may lead to injury of the scalpel user or a third party. Such a technique may promote scalpel safety, contribute to the development of “best practice” scalpel use, and help decrease injuries that may be caused while mounting or removing scalpel blades.
