大冬会滑雪比赛场所的赛后经营、管理能否利用赛会的知名度、美誉度和国际影响提高其社会效益和经济效益,对大型综合性国际比赛场馆（所）的使用具有重要的借鉴价值,对国内滑雪比赛场所的合理营销、科学管理具有启示作用。大冬会雪上项目场地赛后经营与管理的调查表明,雪上项目比赛场所在经营上已经成为黑龙江省重要的冰雪体育旅游资源,并为高校、其他体育产业提供教学和训练基地,同时承办国内外雪上项目的竞赛;但在管理方面,缺乏专业的管理人才,管理模式的事业单位行政管理方式,以及发展资金少、来源有限等问题,制约着大冬会滑雪场所经济效益和社会效益的最大化。  相似文献   

Footedness in world soccer: an analysis of France '98

Most football players and coaches agree that players are capable of learning to use both feet with equal frequency and efficiency – that is, become 'two-footed'. There is also some consensus that two-footed play is associated with skill in individual players. If these assumptions are true, then the world's elite football players should be substantially less 'one-footed' than the rest of the population. To examine this issue, we quantified the pattern of foot use in a sample of 236 players from 16 teams in the 1998 World Cup (France '98). Our findings indicate that World Cup players are as right-footed as the general population (~79%). The remaining players were largely leftfooted and as biased towards the use of their preferred foot as their right-footed counterparts. Very few players used each foot with equal frequency. Remarkably, both left- and right-footed players were as skilled, on average, with their non-preferred foot as they were with their preferred foot, on the rare occasions when they used it. Therefore, it is unlikely that infrequent use of one foot compared to the other foot can be accounted for by skill differences between the feet. Players were most asymmetrical for set pieces; nevertheless, first touches, passes, dribbles and tackles were rarely performed with the non-preferred foot as well. Our results support a biological model of foot preference and performance, as well as demonstrating the usefulness of soccer for studies of lateral asymmetries.  相似文献   

The Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers: An analysis of a hegemonic link between education and poverty

This paper has two main objectives. First, it aims to analyse the connections between education and poverty established by the Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers (PRSPs), a central policy tool for the articulation of the Post Washington Consensus. Second, it intends to study how the PRSPs have been consolidated and expanded through different international organisations. With these objectives, the paper includes four sections: the first and second sections present the ‘model of poverty’ and the ‘model of education’ defined in the PRSPs. The third analyses how different international actors have adopted the PRSPs as a guide to orient their strategies and policies in the field of education, development and poverty reduction. The fourth and final section critically explores the current global development agenda and identifies some of its main challenges in terms of conceptualisation and implementation.  相似文献   

George W. Bush's post-September 11 rhetoric of covenant renewal: upholding the faith of the greatest generation

The appeal of Bush's post-September 11 discourse lies in its similarities with the Puritan rhetoric of covenant renewal by which ministers brought second- and third-generation Puritans into the church. Through this epideictic discourse, Bush implored younger Americans to uphold the national covenant of their “elders,” the World War II generation, through support of the war on terrorism, and he revitalized the faith of the older generation. Bush's covenant renewal rhetoric in the context of September 11 inaugurated him into the presidency. It also explains his predilection for unilateral and/or pre-emptive action and his call for acts of local community service.  相似文献   

International organizations (IOs), epistemic tools of influence,and the colonial geopolitics of knowledge production in higher education policy

Abstract

While other scholars have analyzed the way that international organizations (IOs) in higher education policy may contribute to neocolonial domination, this paper illuminates not only on how IOs’ epistemic activities promulgate one-size fit all solutions, but centers the colonial structures of knowledge/power that inform the why (or logic) of these IOs’ epistemic activities and their effects. A decolonial analysis of discursive artifacts and tools such as policy reports, performance indicators, and technical assistance, of the OECD and World Bank, suggests that standardized IO policy processes and practices reproduce global inequities. In collusion with other policy actors, these IOs constitute and perpetuate coloniality in global higher education, through enacting a god-eye point of view, colonial difference, and the geopolitics of knowledge. This article proposes a set of questions that may open the possibility of ‘delinking’ from modern/colonial world systems and pushes us to decolonize our imaginaries of the landscape of global HE.  相似文献   

中国男子冰壶队在2014年世锦赛技术表现与启示

针对中国冰壶男队在2014年世锦赛中的技战术水平的发挥程度,采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法对比赛中出现的问题进行剖析。结果显示：本次世锦赛中,中国队在全队和个人技术上的发挥趋于正常,成绩也相对理想,但是中国男队存在竞赛心理不成熟、技术发挥不稳定、关键球失误频繁等问题。为了中国冰壶男队能够取得更好的成绩,建议中国冰壶男队积极进行技战术训练;加强竞赛心理训练,创造条件实现＂以赛代练＂。另外,我国的冰壶运动后备人才匮乏,政府应该提供良好条件帮助提高专业冰壶运动人才水平,加强冰壶运动后备人才建设,为冰壶国家队供给全新人才。  相似文献

Political partisanship,bureaucratic pragmatism and Acadian nationalism: New Brunswick,Canada’s 1920 history textbook controversy

During a time of post-war sensitivity to Canadian nationalism and patriotism, public feeling was aroused in 1920 New Brunswick regarding a world history textbook with a new chapter about the First World War. The American author made no reference to Canada’s war efforts. The subsequent public discussion focused on issues of patriotism, citizenship, history education and schooling, but it eventually dissolved into longstanding conflicts over language and religion. This case study investigates how questions about history education were interpreted through the lens of the political partisanship of the newspaper editor, the bureaucratic rationality of the educational administrator, and the Acadian nationalism of the Roman Catholic Bishop. The controversy depicts a loosening but not breaking of postcolonial ties, and uncovers the political nature of public memory, along with the complex intertwining of religion and language rights within schooling, history education and citizenship in post-war Canada and New Brunswick.  相似文献
