与历史学的研究不同,文学作品在其情节的虚构和想像的背后,蕴涵着真实的社会生活背景和人们真实的思想和信仰,文学细致入微地、生动地刻画了人们的追求、互动和关系网络,包含着思想上的真实。文学是我们探索社会真实和社会思想的不能忽视的史料。把文学作为史料,在历史研究中,意味着把思考的重心放在了人们的日常生活展开的场景上;在社会学和社会思想史研究上,意味着我们试图突破西方社会学的范畴和思路,从本土寻找新的概念和方法,因而具有很强的范式转换意义。 相似文献

This article shares an explanation regarding why disciplined study should be introduced to pre-service teachers early in their coursework, specifically through methods courses. Next, it shares two studies conducted regarding perceptions of curriculum: one with pre-service teachers and one with veteran teachers. Then it provides five suggestions for improving pre-service teacher methods courses in order to assist pre-service teachers with their own concepts of curriculum and pedagogy. ABSTRACT The current state of the teaching of information technology competency within postgraduate teacher training is summarised from existing literature and weaknesses are identified. Development work in the Loughborough University Primary Postgraduate Certificate of Education course over three successive years is examined and discussed, focusing on the apparent gap between student achievement in the institution and application in classrooms while on school placements. It is argued from qualitative and quantitative evidence that a major factor is the failure of some school placement teachers to provide encouragement to their teaching practice students, and that this is a feature not of schools but of individuals. The conclusion attempts to analyse further that gap and suggests some ways forward. 相似文献

Abstract The authors report a study that is based on the premise that, although it continues to be desirable to chart public attitudes toward the natural environment, the widely used 12-item New Environmental Paradigm (NEP) scale, published by R. E. Dunlap and K. D. van Liere in 1978, is in need of revision if it is to measure the public's more recent and sophisticated understanding of complex environmental issues. A quantitative and qualitative 2-stage international survey was conducted via the Internet in which respondents not only completed the NEP scale but also commented critically and in depth on the scale items. The authors determined that the NEP scale is limited with respect both to the anachronistic wording of items and its inability to capture people's increasingly thorough understanding of the nature, severity, and scope of environmental problems over the last 2 to 3 decades. Several suggestions are offered for updating the NEP scale if it is to continue to be a useful research tool. 相似文献

These seem to be very special times for mathematics education. The public interest in the topic has never been greater. Probably the most prominent among the occurrences that occasioned this recent leap in popularity are international comparative studies such as TIMSS and PISA. The fact that, in spite of the ongoing efforts toward reform in mathematics education, many countries found the results of the international measurements of their students’ achievements rather disappointing led the ICME 10 Program Committee to create the Survey Team on Relations between Mathematics Education Research and Practice. The team, coordinated by the author of this talk, and including Aline Robert from France, Ole Skovsmose from Denmark, Yoshihiko Hashimoto from Japan, and Gelsa Knijnik from Brazil, was invited to reflect on the question of how research has been informing the practice of mathematics education over the last decade. Following the invitation, the Survey Team turned to the members of the mathematics education community asking them to answer three queries about their own work: (1) How would you describe the essence of your work in mathematics education over the last 5 years or so? (2) During this period, to what extent was your work stirred and influenced by the current state of mathematics education in your country and/or in the world? (3) Do you think that the work done by you and by your colleagues over the last five years or so had, or is going to have, an actual impact on the practice of mathematics education? Analysis of the 74 responses received from all over the world revealed several interesting trends.
