运用文献资料调研和归纳与演绎的方法，回顾和分析了中国体育社会学的发展。结果表明，中国体育社会学在发展中形成了自身的理论体系，注意规范性和学术性研究，注意借鉴不同学科的研究方法，注意不同研究范式的融合，关往中国体育运动发展中现实的社会问题，不断拓展研究领域，呈现出本土化与国际化相统一、学术性与现实性兼顾的研究特点。  相似文献

The allure of ‘easy’: reflections on the learning experience in private higher education institutes in Egypt

Private institutions are increasingly visible in the higher education landscape of Egypt. Many of these institutions, however, are within the ‘demand-absorbing’ category, offered at relatively lower fees and requiring lower test scores for admission. Building on interview data, this paper looks at how the graduates of some of these institutes reflect on their learning experience. In the discourse of these graduates, the learning experience is described as ‘easy’ and less demanding. This ‘easy’ education is accepted, justified and even celebrated. Credential fetish and the social status associated with a higher education degree are central to the perpetuation of the allure of ‘easy’. However, ‘easy’ education is also condemned for its compromised quality and low status. The paper seeks to situate these competing and overlapping discourses on private institutes within the analysis of the structure of the education system in Egypt and the global neoliberal tide for education reform.  相似文献   

The emergence of the quantified child

Using document analysis, this paper examines the historical emergence of the quantified child, revealing how the collection and use of data has become normalized through legitimizing discourses. First, following in the traditions of Foucault's genealogy and studies examining the sociology of numbers, this paper traces the evolution of data collection in a range of significant education policy documents. Second, a word count analysis was used to further substantiate the claim that data collection and use has been increasingly normalized through legitimizing discourses and routine actions in educational settings. These analyses provide evidence that the need to quantify educational practices has been justified over long periods of time through a variety of documents and that the extent to which data governs educators’ thoughts, discourses, and actions has dramatically increased during the past century.  相似文献

Accessions, a collaborative research-design project, probed at how cultures, climates and conditions of higher education may be reproducing or reshaping social inequalities and divisions. Here, questions are asked about how these might be challenged within and potentially beyond the specific locale of one university campus. 探讨体育赛事与城市发展的理论逻辑,并以广州亚运会作实证分析,论证体育赛事成为城市发展的催化剂,但在不同时间、空间、主体条件下,它发挥的功能与实施效果不同。时间上从国际政治向地方治理、区域经济与社会文化演变;空间上有英国早期工业化的城市复兴、美国工业化高级阶段的城市繁荣、德国经济转型时期的城市社区共同体的形成等;行动主体上,从国家到地方,地方政府的角色从城市管理到城市管理与城市运营并重。2010年广州亚运会是珠三角区域城市群塑造的催化剂,广州在特定的经济发展阶段、特定的中国区域城市中心、特定的中央与地方关系之下,凭借产业结构转型升级、区域中心城市塑造、政府社会管理与城市经营相辅相成的运作机制而完成,相比较而言,其社会效益高于经济效益。  相似文献
