中职贫困生家庭资本、人力资本与就业支持对就业质量的影响研究

为探讨中职贫困生家庭资本、人力资本和就业支持对就业质量的影响,使用家庭资本量表、人力资本量表、就业质量量表和学校就业支持问卷,对796名中职贫困生的就业情况进行调查。研究发现,家庭资本正向预测就业质量,且家庭文化资本的预测作用大于家庭经济资本和家庭社会资本;人力资本在家庭资本与就业质量关系中起部分中介作用,并受到学校就业支持的调节;充分的就业支持可以弥补家庭资本匮乏及其引发的人力资本薄弱。因此,为提高贫困生就业质量,建议重视并激发家庭文化资本的就业促进功能,建立贫困生人力资本补偿机制及构建主客体资源双向流动的就业支持体系。  相似文献   

Establishing a Center to Support Faculty Research

This article describes the establishment in fall 2002 of a School of Education Research Center designed to support faculty in increasing productivity and quality in research. Details are provided about center goals, services, staffing, space, resources, and logistics during the first year of operation. In addition, data are shared about faculty usage of the Center, the level of faculty satisfaction with center services in the first year, and initial increases in faculty productivity. The article concludes with plans for continued data collection to monitor the impact of the Center, a discussion of lessons learned at this point in the Center's development, and possibilities for the evolution of the Center. All authors are at the University of Colorado, Denver. Laura Goodwin, Ph.D., University of Colorado at Boulder, is Interim Associate Vice Chancellor for Faculty Affairs and continues to serve as a Faculty Research Associate. Elizabeth Kozleski, Ed.D., University of Northern Colorado, is the Associate Dean for Research in the School of Education. Lynn Rhodes, Ed.D., Indiana University, is the Dean of the School of Education. Rodney Muth, Ph.D., Claremont Graduate School, is a professor of Administrative Leadership and Policy Studies in the school and chaired the Research Center Advisory Board. In this paper ,a hybrid approach was developed to investigate the transient responses of a multi-span non-uniform flexble spinning shaft with nonlinear and asymmetric supports.The non-uniform spinning shaft with variable parmeters was modeled as a Bernoulli-Euler beam column with sectional constant cross-section properties by the finite element method.The supporting stiffness behavior of the nonlinear supports was described as a piecewise-linear and asymmetric model.The equations of motion in the matrix form of a multi-span non-uniform spinning shaft with nonlinear and asymmetric supports were formulated using Hamilton‘s principle and the assumed mode method.As an example,a spinning rocket with many variable stiffness supports was numerically simulated by the direct integration method.The transient response and dynamic behavior of this rotate-dynamic system are analyzed.  相似文献

章以农村金融结构为研究对象，分析了目前农村中广泛存在的资金短缺现象及其形成机理。章认为：其一，国家实行的倾向性的发展战略是造成农村金融资源缺乏，金融扶持水平低下的基要因素；其二，始于20世纪80年代中期以来的地方政府与国家在金融资源上的恶性竞争则是加剧了这一现象的罪魁祸首。因此，要改变这一现象，就需要在国家发展战略的重新定位与寻求现行农村金融体制突破两方面着手。  相似文献

For statically indeterminate structure, the internal force will be changed with the translation of the supports, because the internal force is related to the absolute value of the stiffness EI. When the tension is different with the compression modulus, EI is the function of internal force and is not constant any more that is different from classic mechanics. In the other words, it is a nonlinear problem to calculate the internal force. The expression for neutral axis of the statically indeterminate structure was derived in the paper. The iterative program for nonlinear internal force was compiled. One case study was presented to illustrate the difference between the results using the different modulus theory and the single modulus theory as in classical mechanics. Finally, some reasonable suggestions were made for the different modulus structures.  相似文献

In Japan, there has been an increased concern about family and community participation in the childs education. Traditionally, the role of parents and community in Japan has been one of support and less one of active involvement in school learning. Since the government commenced education reforms in the last quarter of the 20th century, a more active role for parents and the community in education has been encouraged. These reforms have been inspired by the need to tackle various problems that had arisen, such as the perceived harmful elements of societys preoccupation with academic achievement and the problematic behavior of young people.
