中国体育外交的作用探究

体育外交是我国外交的重要组成部分,对中国外交事业的发展具有深远影响。体育外交是"体育"和"外交"的有机结合,良好的体育外交活动对我国外交事业的发展起着重要的推进作用。本文运用文献资料法对中国的体育外交的发展历程进行归纳总结,对中国体育外交发展历程和中国体育外交在不同历史时期的作用进行分析探究,研究结论认为:中国体育外交是促进各国之间交流的纽带,是展示国家形象的平台,是提升国际影响力的重要渠道。  相似文献   

中国与国际奥委会关系探析:历史、现状与展望

随着中国体育事业发展和多边外交推进,中国与国际奥委会的关系也备受瞩目。从国际组织研究视角切入,运用历史分析法和演绎推理分析法深入阐述了中国与国际奥委会关系。研究认为:中国与国际奥委会关系可以划分为初次接触、曲折前行和从关系破裂到全面合作3个主要阶段。双方在新时代的互动关系推动了中国特色大国外交、促进了中国体育事业和经济发展、扩大了奥林匹克运动在中国的普及和传播。建议中国积极参与全球体育治理,培养国际组织人才以及拓展合作领域、服务国家外交大局。  相似文献   

Political Protection: The International Olympic Committee’s UN Diplomacy in the 1980s

Abstract

In the aftermath of a widespread boycott of the 1980 Moscow Olympics that challenged the legitimacy of the Olympic Games, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) began a vigorous but unsuccessful effort, lasting from 1982 to 1985, to convince the UN General Assembly to pass a resolution committing governments not to boycott the Games. Drawing on archives in Switzerland, the UK, Ireland, and Canada, this article brings to light this forgotten but important episode from the early years of Juan Antonio Samaranch’s presidency. The ambitious Samaranch and his limelight-seeking ally, Canadian Richard ‘Dick’ Pound, vastly overestimated the IOC’s global political capital in pushing governments to give up one of the most potent sport-related tools at their disposal. The IOC was at this time so weak that most governments failed even to respond to repeated entreaties about the proposal. The organization’s leaders never fully grasped the ironies of turning to what many observers considered the world’s most politicized body for a political measure to reduce political influence on the Olympic Games. Although the IOC has often claimed that it cannot force standards of behaviour on governments, the 1980s campaign was a sustained effort to do exactly that.  相似文献

This essay explores one of the main tools of Byzantine diplomatic techniques: inviting foreign rulers to Constantinople and establishing bonds of alliance through the bestowal of titles and stipends, with respect to the empire's Muslim neighbours in the fourth/tenth and fifth/eleventh centuries. In particular, it will be explained how and under what circumstances the traditional lines of communication between Constantinople and the caliphal court of Baghdad were gradually transformed into a multilayered network of personal contacts between the emperor and a number of Muslim frontier lords, who partly took on the role of representatives and dignitaries of the Byzantine Empire. Furthermore, I will try to examine the development of these newly established networks with respect to the emirates of Aleppo and Edessa, the Jarrā?id clan in Syria and the Marwānid dynasty in the Upper Euphrates and Lake Van region.  相似文献

中国体育外交以国内外人民友好交流的方式,以18年为一个时间节点,以19711972年中美“乒乓外交”、1990年北京“亚运外交”、2008年北京“奥运外交”为平台,将国家面临的外交挑战化为机遇,形成了独具特色的“三部曲”。运用文献资料法、历史研究法和逻辑逆推法,以中国体育外交“三部曲”为研究对象,深入探析以体育舞台迎接外交挑战,维护国家利益的独特作用。研究结果认为：1)“乒乓外交”打开了中国通往世界的大门,掀开了中国外交新的篇章;2)“亚运外交”扭转了国际恶劣环境对中国的冲击和影响,让中国稳步立足并成为亚洲的领导者;3)“奥运外交”像一张负责任大国走向世界的通行证,助力中国走向世界舞台的核心。  相似文献

如何有效应对新冠肺炎疫情带来的国家形象危机，成为当前我国亟需解决的现实政治问题。2022年北京冬奥会作为后疫情时代我国最大规模的主场外交活动之一，成为助推中国国家形象化危为机的重要机遇。依据国家形象形成与变迁的相关理论，分析疫情背景下冬奥会与国家形象塑造的理论和实际问题，认为：影响北京冬奥会塑造国家形象的主要因素可归结为本源性、主观性和中介性3类；3类影响因素的组合变化，构成冬奥会塑造国家形象的内外社会环境；不同社会环境状态下冬奥会提升国家形象的理论逻辑和实践路径有所不同。为有的放矢地推动冬奥会塑造国家形象，应该从国家高度进行主动战略规划；把握冬奥会主场外交优势，充分展现多元国家形象；优化传播体系；加强智库和理论研究。  相似文献
