运用静态和动态博弈模型分析了报酬契约下的囚徒困境与隐性契约下的合作均衡,说明了隐性激励才是激励知识员工利他行为的有效方法。在模块化分工条件下,知识体系分解为相对简单、小型的独立模块,使小型长期的合作团队成为独立的企业基本知识活动单位,从而有利于促进知识员工的利他行为。  相似文献

本文指出经济学对产业集群现象解释的局限,并试图从企业家社会网络的角度来分析这一现象。通过构造环境、网络和行为三者之间的关系,在内生型产业集群环境下,利用“撒网”模型做应用研究,文章得出两点结论:第一,强联系在企业家撒网过程中起主要作用;第二,个体行为的路径依赖现象影响了企业家撒网的过程和结果。  相似文献

As customer co-creation behaviors in the peer-to-peer (P2P) economy become an increasingly important part of the global economy, the study of its drivers is of great necessity. One of the important yet overlooked drivers is digital physical attractiveness. This research draws on impression formation theory to examine how physical attractiveness drives customer citizenship behaviors in the P2P economy. More importantly, the current study investigates the non-linear effect of digital physical attractiveness and how the physical attractiveness effect differs across cultures. Two studies are used to test the framework. Study 1 uses secondary data crawled from China’s largest P2P accommodation-sharing platform. Study 2 analyzes the survey data from 533 accommodation-sharing customers in China (n = 213), Hungary (n = 159), and the U.S. (n = 161). Results found an n-shaped (inverted U) physical attractiveness effect in Study 1 in China, but a U-shaped effect in the cross-cultural context. The U-shaped effect is only effective when customers score high on collectivism, low on power distance, or low on masculinity.  相似文献

This paper examines how personal investment influence the use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) for securing online accounts. We draw from the Protection Motivation Theory (PMT) that accounts for intrapersonal factors that increase one’s understanding of their threat and coping mechanisms and, subsequently, their motivation to protect such investments. We integrate size of investment – the amount of time, effort, and other personal resources that an individual has put into their online account. Based on PMT’s framework, we develop a research model that examines the influence of investment size as an information source that initiates and builds threat and coping appraisals. The model is tested with a survey of 263 responses, and the result shows that investment size influences threat and coping appraisals, which in turn increases MFA protection motivation and use. These results highlight the importance of eliciting individuals’ personal investments in order to improve their protective security behaviors.  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to examine if intergroup emotions toward Asian Americans mediate the effects of intergroup stereotypes and ingroup identity on intergroup behaviors. Results indicate that admiration, hostility, and fear toward Asians mediate the effects of perceived warmth and competence and ingroup identity on approach and avoidance responses. Results also indicate admiration has a positive association with perceived warmth and competence of Asians, but a negative association with ingroup identity. Hostility has a negative relationship with perceived warmth of Asians, but a positive relationship with perceived competence and ingroup identity. Admiration and hostility appear to have opposite relationships with intergroup approach and avoidance.  相似文献

The coaching competency research has demonstrated the role of coaching efficacy and coaching behaviors on various athlete outcomes. However, athlete perceptions of these relationships and how they affect performance are less understood. Purpose: This study examined if coaching efficacy is predictive of player perceptions of coaches’ leadership styles, team atmosphere, and team performance in a soccer season. Method: Fifteen male premier league soccer coaches (Mage = 45.27, SD = 6.07) and 226 players (Mage = 25.66, SD = 3.96) from Botswana participated in the study. All participants completed a background information questionnaire. Coaches completed the Coaching Efficacy Scale. Players rated their coaches’ leadership styles using the Revised Leadership Scale for Sports as well as team atmosphere. Team performance was based on position in the league log and player ratings of the teams’ performance. Results: Findings showed that coaches’ self-ratings on technique efficacy predicted player perceptions of the coaches’ use of all six leadership styles. Game strategy efficacy predicted higher team atmosphere and team performance. Motivation efficacy was not significantly associated with player perceptions of the coaches’ use of any of the leadership styles, while character building efficacy was negatively associated with the various leadership styles. Conclusion: Findings provide support to previous research evidence linking higher coaching efficacy, leadership styles, and team outcomes. The study expands the emergent research within the coaching competency literature that examines player perceptions of coaches’ behaviors and leadership styles.  相似文献

利用修订的Olweus攻击性行为问卷对9205名城乡中小学生进行了测试,考察中小学生攻击性行为的基本状况。针对中小学生的攻击性行为,采用不同的健身运动处方锻炼来进行矫正。研究结果表明:中小学生中存在着较严重的攻击性行为问题,总体上中小学生攻击性行为的发生率随年级的升高而下降,但攻击性行为在初中阶段具有稳定性;直接言语攻击是最为普遍的攻击方式;攻击性行为的比率及攻击类型上均存在性别差异;健身运动处方锻炼能矫正中小学生攻击性行为,有利于培养他们的良好心理状态,促进他们身心健康。根据实验结果得出一些结论,并提出一些建议。  相似文献

The present study utilized both classroom- and student-level observation methods to investigate the relations among first grade students’ (N = 533) problem behaviors and their classroom instructional experiences. Additionally, the role of teachers’ (N = 57) warm demander characteristic, a combination of warmth and responsiveness and classroom control and demand, was considered. Multilevel modeling revealed a positive association between problem behaviors and student time in both teacher-facilitated small-group instruction and off-task, and to less time in types of instruction where students were expected to manage themselves. Interaction effects further indicated that the positive association between problem behaviors and time in teacher-facilitated, small-group instruction only existed when students with more problem behaviors were in classrooms with teachers who were high or average in warm demander characteristic, whereas the opposite pattern existed for students of teachers low in warm demander characteristic. In addition, students of teachers who were high in warm demander characteristic spent less time in disruption/waiting (a main effect), and for these students a positive association between problem behaviors and students’ time in disruption/waiting existed (an interaction effect). Implications for policy, practice, and future research are discussed.  相似文献
