[目的/意义] 从用户感知角度对公共档案馆微信公众平台服务质量评价进行深入地分析与探讨,为公共档案馆微信公众的平台技术改进和服务质量的提升提供数据支持和参考。[方法/过程] 通过问卷调查构建公共档案馆微信公众平台服务质量评价框架和评价假设模型,运用SPSS软件,并利用探索性因子分析法对假设模型进行检验,根据结果对评价假设模型进行修正,并对修正后的评价模型进行讨论。[结果/结论] 构建公共档案馆微信公众平台服务质量评价模型,从用户的视角全面衡量微信平台上公共档案馆服务的效果和用户满意度。  相似文献

As the archival profession has adapted to new challenges and adopted modern practices like More Product, Less Process, the University of Minnesota has embraced these changes. Even so, implementing new practices can take time and effort. With the adoption of ArchivesSpace in 2016, the University found itself being fast-tracked to even more efficient methods for establishing physical and intellectual control over collections. This article will examine the case studies of two large collections that were in the midst of being processed when ArchivesSpace was implemented at the University of Minnesota. A Survey of Documentary Materials Available on U.S. Tribal Websites

This survey of official U.S. tribal websites examined sites for documentary materials of importance to each tribe that have been archived online, including such materials as historical essays, photos, videos, maps, newspapers, legal and historical documents, historical images, books, pamphlets, bibliographies, cultural and language materials. The materials found on those websites appear to be intended for the use of both tribal members and the general public. The result of the survey was to show that many of the same types of documentary materials held in tribal archives are also available on official websites, and to produce a current snapshot of the large array of tribal records which have been made openly available, although the length of time each document will be available on each site is unknown.  相似文献

New to the Journal of Archival Organization, the “Technology matters in archives” column examines how technology affects archives and archivists. This inaugural column explains the nature of the column and sets the stage for topics and issues that it will address. It examines the meaning of the term technology. Further, the column explores the notion of technological dependence-- not just dependence on digital or electronic systems--as a lens in which to examine the archival enterprise in grappling with twenty-first century issues. Concluding with the suggestion that technology can be considered from three categorical points of view: soft (philosophical approaches and practices), medium (codified processes, guidelines and standards) and hard technology (hardware and software).  相似文献
