范畴化理论作为认知语言学概念的基础,近年来逐渐受到了语言学家的重视。完整的范畴化理论由范畴化与非范畴化构成。语法范畴等词类概念在现代语言学中已被广泛接受和认可,各种语法理论都利用"名词"、"动词"和"形容词"等范畴来建立自己的理论模式。英语中任何词类范畴都能互相转化。而且词类范畴也有典型成员和非典型成员之分。范畴化理论可以用于英语教学并对英语词类转化有一定的解释力。  相似文献

首先,从特征项重要性和类别区分能力的角度出发,通过分析传统的权重函数TF-IDF(term frequency-inverse document frequency)及其相关改进算法,研究文本分类中向量化时的特征权重计算,构建权重修正函数TW。其次,通过对特征词的卡方分布和TW作对比实验,验证TW能提高类别中专有词汇的权值,降低常见但对分类不重要的特征的权值。最后,将TW与TF-IDF结合作为新的特征权重算法,通过在中文分类语料库上的实际分类实验,与其他权重算法比较,验证此种算法的有效性。  相似文献

This paper proposes new modified methods for back propagation neural networks and uses semantic feature space to improve categorization performance and efficiency. The standard back propagation neural network (BPNN) has the drawbacks of slow learning and getting trapped in local minima, leading to a network with poor performance and efficiency. In this paper, we propose two methods to modify the standard BPNN and adopt the semantic feature space (SFS) method to reduce the number of dimensions as well as construct latent semantics between terms. The experimental results show that the modified methods enhanced the performance of the standard BPNN and were more efficient than the standard BPNN. The SFS method cannot only greatly reduce the dimensionality, but also enhances performance and can therefore be used to further improve text categorization systems precisely and efficiently.  相似文献

Text categorization is an important research area and has been receiving much attention due to the growth of the on-line information and of Internet. Automated text categorization is generally cast as a multi-class classification problem. Much of previous work focused on binary document classification problems. Support vector machines (SVMs) excel in binary classification, but the elegant theory behind large-margin hyperplane cannot be easily extended to multi-class text classification. In addition, the training time and scaling are also important concerns. On the other hand, other techniques naturally extensible to handle multi-class classification are generally not as accurate as SVM. This paper presents a simple and efficient solution to multi-class text categorization. Classification problems are first formulated as optimization via discriminant analysis. Text categorization is then cast as the problem of finding coordinate transformations that reflects the inherent similarity from the data. While most of the previous approaches decompose a multi-class classification problem into multiple independent binary classification tasks, the proposed approach enables direct multi-class classification. By using generalized singular value decomposition (GSVD), a coordinate transformation that reflects the inherent class structure indicated by the generalized singular values is identified. Extensive experiments demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

Structured argumentation support environments have been built and used in scientific discourse in the literature. However, to the best our knowledge, there is no research work in the literature examining whether student’s knowledge has grown during learning activities with asynchronous argumentation. In this work, an intelligent computer-supported collaborative argumentation-based learning platform that detects whether the learners address the expected discussion issues is proposed. After each learner presents an argument, a term weighting method is adopted to derive input parameters of a one-class support vector machines classifier which determines if the learners’ arguments are related to the discussion topics. Notably, a peer review mechanism is established to improve the quality of the classifier. Besides, a feedback module is used to issue feedback messages to the learners if the learners have gone off on a tangent. The experimental results revealed that the students were benefited by the proposed learning-assistance platform.  相似文献
