随着WTO承诺的逐渐落实。我国出版社将面临越来越严重的生存瓶颈，不但国际市场竞争的因素正日益增加．国内出版社集团化、规模化的速度也进一步加快。市场竞争将更加激烈和残酷。如何通过培育和打造自身的核心竞争力。以应对这一挑战．是决定国内出版社今后能否在激烈的竞争中得以生存，并实现可持续的战略发展的决定因素。章从出版业的行业特点以及出版社的自身特征出发。对国内出版社在培育和构建自身核心竞争力过程中需要注意的问题给出了建议。  相似文献

Five powerful forces have the capacity to reshape higher education today. They are the rise of an information economy, changing demographics, new technologies, privatization of higher education, and a convergence of knowledge producing organizations. Among the possible consequences of these forces are a greatly expanded and more diverse set of higher education providers; the development of brick, click and brick-and-click colleges; a reduction in the number of physical campuses and the rise of international institutions; an increasing independence of faculty from campuses; and a growing customization of higher education and a shift in focus from teaching to learning.  相似文献   

论元代通俗小说的数量和版面特征

目前尚存的元代通俗小说刊行本有“虞氏全相平话五种”、确定已佚的两种、《五代史平话》一种、“红白蜘蛛小说”一篇、“大宋宣和遗事”的部分段落。这些平话都是巾箱本形式。明代早期刊行的《永乐大典》曾收集过26卷平话,可见元代实际刊行的平话数量十分惊人。因此,元代平话和小说显然标志着中国古代通俗小说发展的第一个高峰期。对于这个高峰期的研究十分缺乏,而文献的收集和认定是本阶段小说研究的重要的基本步骤。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This paper examines the key issues and elements to consider in developing and sustaining teaching development programs for doctoral students and postdoctoral scholars in connection to a large multi-institutional, higher education reform network. Based on interviews with 47 participants at eight member institutions and the central administration of the Center for the Integration of Research, Teaching, and Learning (CIRTL), we found five major components: campus culture, the program’s organizational placement, program leadership, program logistics, and the benefits acquired from adopting and adapting network ideas, knowledge, and resources.  相似文献
