运用微格教学培养体育师范生教学技能的设计与研究

根据体育教学特点,从培养体育师范生教学技能着手,运用微格教学原理,建立了体育师范生教学技能程序化。运用自我评价和综合评价方法,对实验班和对照班学生进行教学技能实验与评价。结果表明,微格教学方法是培养师范生教学技能行之有效的方法。  相似文献

高等教育慕课市场的认证机制研究

慕课利用信息技术打破了面对面教学的时空限制,具有为亿万人提供优质高等教育的潜力。但由于教育和劳动力市场存在信息不对称,慕课质量和学习者成就需要通过认证才能获得社会承认。大学是一个具有教育和认证功能的组织,必须向学习者保证服务质量并帮助其向雇主证明自己的能力。高等教育认证是大学获得学生和雇主信任的基石。目前的高等教育认证主要通过计算有形资源和学术成果对学校和专业进行评价,但慕课认证需要对课程和学习者做出评价。依据学习者的需求,高等教育慕课市场可细分为大学慕课市场和职业慕课市场。大学慕课认证的关键在于组建大学联盟,制定慕课认证标准,集体认可慕课学分。职业慕课认证的关键在于借用慕课开发者的信誉、颁发信息详细的电子证书,向雇主发送优质信号。美国一流大学的卓越声誉有利于职业慕课得到雇主认可,但学校间的利益冲突影响慕课进入大学校园。中国高等教育发展落后于美国,中国大学比美国大学更愿意承认和引进慕课,所以中国大学慕课认证应当侧重于遴选优质课程,职业慕课认证应当组建大学和企业联盟,通过权威认证促进市场成长。  相似文献

博洛尼亚进程对欧洲高等工程教育专业认证产生了重要的影响,本文以欧洲工程教育认证网络(ENAEE)及欧洲工程教育专业认证(EUR-ACE?)体系的出现和发展为切入点,分析了其历史、背景、组织结构、认证标准,及其与欧洲各国工程教育专业认证之间的关系,并将EUR-ACE?认证体系与华盛顿协议进行了比较,发现EUR-ACE?体系在欧洲层面建立起了一种分散式的第一阶段和第二阶段统一的认证体系。EUR-ACE?体系既强调灵活性和兼容性,又努力保证各国的多样性。  相似文献   

Translating quality in higher education: US approaches to accreditation of institutions from around the world

This article reports on findings from a sociolinguistic qualitative study exploring inter-discursive relations manifested in the approaches and strategies that regional accrediting agencies in the United States utilise when recognising foreign universities. Even as most countries have developed national quality assurance systems and whilst international rankings comparing institutions globally are available, a growing number of universities around the world seek recognition from American regional agencies. By comparing policy statements, manuals, guidelines and other documents, and after interviewing top-level officers at US accrediting agencies, this study makes explicit the assumptions and central discourses associated with US accreditation of non-US institutions of higher education, from the accreditors’ perspective. Following constant comparison and cultural critical discourse analysis, the study reveals concerns about the equivalency of quality, emphasis on capacity building and reluctance toward adapting US standards. An interest in building international partnerships, in order to respond to globalisation, is also identified.  相似文献

RPL for accreditation in higher education – As a process of mutual understanding or merely lifeworld colonisation?

This article focuses on a process of recognition of prior learning (RPL) in higher education. It is based on experiences from a project carried out in collaboration between the University of Lund, Linköping University and two trade unions in Sweden. The aim of the project was to find ways of recognising prior learning for accreditation of course credits at university level. In the project and its analysis, Habermas’ theory of communicative action was used as theoretical underpinning. During the project we carried out a thematic analysis based on interviews. The analysis suggested that the participants had a mystified view of higher education that RPL must be considered a learning process and that the participants’ prior learning can be characterised as practical wisdom. These themes guided the development of the project. In a retrospective analysis, language proficiency seemed to play a significant role for the outcome of the process. The conclusion suggests that a more fair and valid assessment of the participant’s prior learning could be accomplished by focusing on RPL as a process of mutual understanding. However, a critical appraisal of the process suggests that RPL for accreditation is problematic and could be seen as a colonisation of the lifeworld.  相似文献
