随着篮球运动的不断发展,比赛不仅是技战术及体力的较量,更是知识、智慧、心理素质的较量。但往往因队员过度紧张,心理承受能力差,而导致比赛中动作失常、过度抑制或过渡兴奋、情绪不稳定、注意力不集中的现象,不能充分发挥整体及个人应有的水平,直接影响比赛。就这一方面的有关问题根据多年的教学经验,总结出一些能够消除紧张心理情绪的方法和措施,希望引起同行们的讨论和研究。  相似文献

While the case method has been used in teaching social work practice for many years, its use as an evaluation tool is less common. This analysis describes the use of the case method in a comprehensive examination for MSW students in an Administration concentration. After a brief review of the issues related to student outcome assessment and the curriculum of the Administration concentration, a case debriefing framework is described, along with examples of student responses. Abstract

Alternative curriculum models for implementing social administration concentrations are useful in Schools of Social Work for selecting options from an array of alternatives. This article presents the conceptual design and framework for developing a concentration in social administration based on a curriculum model that pools knowledge between macro disciplines. Educational outcomes based on this curriculum model focus on training and educating social workers to become incisive, analytical thinkers, as well as skilled practitioners, who can lead, manage, collaborate, and create change in both organizational and community settings. Today's social administrators need to be prepared to assume strong leadership roles in communities and to advocate for social change.  相似文献

纳米TiO_2用于Hg（Ⅱ）和苯基汞的富集分离

以纳米TiO2富集分离-冷原子吸收法测定水环境中的Hg（Ⅱ）、苯基汞,考察了两种形态汞在纳米TiO2上的富集、分离行为。试验结果表明：pH值对纳米TiO2吸附Hg（Ⅱ）、苯基汞影响显著,最佳pH值分别为9.0、10;纳米TiO2对Hg（Ⅱ）、苯基汞的吸附速度快,最佳吸附时间均为12min;φ（HCl）=15%时,对Hg（Ⅱ）和苯基汞的洗脱率达90%以上。  相似文献

We investigated the effect of supply air rate and temperature on formaldehyde emission characteristics in an environment chamber. A three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics （CFD） chamber model for simulating formaldehyde emission in twelve different cases was developed for obtaining formaldehyde concentration by the area-weighted average method. Laboratory experiments were conducted in an environment chamber to validate the simulation results of twelve different cases and the formaldehyde concentration was measured by continuous sampling. The results show that there was good agreement between the model prediction and the experimental values within 4.3% difference for each case. The CFD simulation results varied in the range from 0.21 mg/m3 to 0.94 mg/m3, and the measuring results in the range from 0.17 mg/m3 to 0.87 mg/m3. The variation trend of formaldehyde concentration with supply air rate and temperature variation for CFD simulation and experiment measuring was consistent. With the existence of steady formaldehyde emission sources, formaldehyde concentration generally increased with the increase of temperature, and it decreased with the increase of air supply rate. We also provided some reasonable suggestions to reduce formaldehyde concentration and to improve indoor air quality for newly decorated rooms.  相似文献   

相转移催化法合成三联阴离子表面活性剂

采用相转移催化法合成丙三醇三缩水甘油醚,再与十二胺、氯乙酸钠反应,合成了一种丙三醇型三联阴离子表面活性剂,所用原料无毒无害。讨论了合成条件,并对性能进行测试。结果表明,合成的三联阴离子表面活性剂能有效降低水的表面张力,其临界胶束浓度达10-6mol/L的数量级,有很好的发泡稳定性和较低的Kraff点。  相似文献

近年来,行政事业单位的财政会计制度、资金拨付方式的改革在全国100多个城市展开,有的实行会计集中核算制度,有的实行国库集中支付制度。2004年济南市政府为了进一步转变政府职能,加强对财政资金使用的监督,实行了行政事业单位的会计集中核算制度。从会计集中核算的特点、推行集中核算的意义等几个方面进行探讨,认为会计集中核算制度如能与国库集中支付制度相结合,则既能节约管理成本,又能同时解决资金拨付过程中闲置浪费的问题。  相似文献   

家庭型酸奶工艺的探究

讨论了家庭型酸奶制备的基本工艺条件,分析了接种量、加糖量和发酵温度等发酵条件对酸奶质量的影响,同时对发酵剂的选择、连续转接后发酵剂的发酵力变化、连续转接酸奶的质量等问题作了研究。结果表明：家庭型酸奶制备时的发酵条件以接种量为7％、加糖量为5％为宜;室温达30℃左右即可满足家庭条件下酸奶发酵成功所需的温度;尽管连续转接后发酵剂的发酵力并没有明显降低的趋势,但连续转接酸奶的质量却有所下降。  相似文献
