This paper investigates the benefits of the inerter in improving vibration suppression of milling machine tools. The traditional method for repressing the cutting vibration of milling machines includes applying passive mechanical networks that consist of masses, dampers, and springs. However, because the mass element is not a genuine two-terminal network element, the achievable performance of the passive mechanical networks might be restricted. The inerter was invented to substitute the mass element and has been successfully applied to many mechanical systems, such as vehicles and buildings. This paper extends the application of the inerter to a milling machine and discusses the resulting vibration suppression improvements. We first built a model of the milling machine via experiments, followed by applying three basic suspension layouts to the model and illustrating how the inerter can help reduce system vibration. Lastly, we conducted experiments to verify the effectiveness of the inerter in improving the manufacturing performance of the milling machine.  相似文献

This paper focuses on binary optimal control of fed-batch fermentation of glycerol by Klebsiella pneumoniaewith pH feedback considering limited number of switches. To maximize the concentration of 1,3-propanediol at terminal time, we propose a binary optimal control problem subjected to time-coupled combinatorial constraint with the ratio of feeding rate of glycerol to that of NaOH as control variables. Based on time-scaling transformation and discretization, the binary optimal control problem is first transformed into a mixed binary parameter optimization problem consisting of not only continuous variables but also binary variables, which is then divided into two subproblems via combinatorial integral approximation decomposition. Finally, a novel fruit fly optimizer with modified sine cosine algorithm and adaptive maximum dwell rounding are applied to solve the obtained subproblems numerically. Numerical results show the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method.  相似文献

Radio tomographic imaging (RTI) has wide applications in the detection and tracking of objects that do not require any sensor to be attached to the object. Consequently, it leads to device-free localization (DFL). RTI uses received signal strength (RSS) at different sensor nodes for imaging purposes. The attenuation maps, known as spatial loss fields (SLFs), measure the power loss at each pixel in the wireless sensor network (WSN) of interest. These SLFs help us to detect obstacles and aid in the imaging of objects. The centralized RTI system requires the information of all sensor nodes available at the fusion centre (FC), which in turn increases the communication overhead. Furthermore, the failure of links may lead to improper imaging in the RTI system. Hence, a distributed approach for the RTI system resolves such problems. In this paper, a consensus-based distributed strategy is used for distributed estimation of the SLF. The major contribution of this work is to propose a fully decentralized RTI system by using a consensus-based alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) algorithm to alleviate the practical issues with centralized and distributed incremental strategies. We proposed distributed consensus ADMM (DCADMM-RTI) and distributed sparse consensus ADMM (DSCADMM-RTI) for the RTI system to properly localize targets in a distributed fashion. Furthermore, the effect of quantization noise is verified by using the distributed consensus algorithms while sharing the quantized data among the neighbourhoods.  相似文献

Robots are commonly used to perform repetitive or dangerous tasks, and these systems integrate different components that increase the complexity of their dynamic model. Thus, in order to ensure an acceptable tracking performance, the implementation of robust control strategies should be considered. This paper proposes a discrete-time model-free-implementation controller, which relies on the well-known structural properties of mechanical systems, but it does not consider any knowledge on the values of the system parameters. Besides, a fuzzy logic formulation is considered to compensate external disturbances. The outputs of the fuzzy inference system are adapted online to improve the closed-loop response. Finally, representatives simulation and experiments are analyzed to demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed approach.  相似文献

This paper investigates the event-based state and fault estimation problem for stochastic nonlinear system with Markov packet dropout. By introducing the fictitious noise, the fault is augmented to the system state. Then combining the unscented Kalman filter (UKF) with event-triggered and Markov packet dropout, the modified UKF is proposed to estimate the state and fault. Meanwhile, the stochastic stability of the proposed filter is also discussed. Finally, two simulation results illustrate the performance of the proposed method.  相似文献

A more general trajectory tracking and disturbance rejection problem for the random linear system is considered in this paper. The known structural properties of the reference and the disturbance signals motivate us to use the internal model principle, and the motion decomposition for the linear systems prompts us to utilize the superposition principle. Combining the spectral analysis method with the pole assignment algorithm, the stability and tracking property can be obtained. The simulation result demonstrates that all the closed-loop system is exponentially practically stable in the mean square (EpS-2-M), the tracking error can be regulated to an arbitrarily small constant by turning the parameters.  相似文献

   数字化转型已经成为当前很多传统企业的战略选择。然而,已有文献对数字化转型的过程与内在机理缺乏深入研究。借助科技给予与意义建构理论视角,通过对典型企业——双星集团的案例研究,文章对数字化转型的过程与内在机理进行了探索性分析。文章发现传统企业的数字化转型是一个自上而下的过程,包含转型发起、形成共识与转型实现三个阶段。在每一个阶段,由行为主体和数字化技术形成的二元结构是数字化转型给予形成(即阶段性转型认知)的社会基础。文章进一步揭示了支撑企业转型的四种数字转型给予,包括:数字化战略给予、共享的数字化战略给予、数字化业务战略给予与数字化业务战略实现。意义建构是促进转型给予形成的主要机制;意义解构和意义给赋是高层次主体影响低层主体意义建构的主要方式,也是实现过程转换的主要机制。文章打开了数字化转型过程黑箱,对IT驱动的组织转型研究和相关理论进行了有效补充,也为我国传统企业转型与新旧动能转换提供了有益借鉴。  相似文献
