随着我国社会生活的剧烈变迁,教师劳动也发生了重构,其重构的结果便是教师劳动过程呈现出"普罗化"的趋势,即教师劳动逐渐从复杂的专业活动异化为以重复大量简单劳动为主的技术性活动。本研究在对一所小学教师群体展开民族志研究的基础上,展现出在教师日常劳动中的普罗化表征:教师工作中缺失理念设计的话语权、专业工作碎片化、智识参与度低、深陷于日常繁杂事务。教师劳动过程的普罗化与教师专业化之间形成了一定的张力,让教师群体面临生存和发展的困境。 相似文献

Smart wheelchairs based on brain–computer interface (BCI) have been widely utilized recently to address certain mobility problems for people with disability. In this paper, we present SmartRolling, an intuitive human–machine interaction approach for the direct control of robotic wheelchair that jointly leverages EEG signals and motion sensing techniques. Specifically, SmartRolling offers two wheelchair-actuation modes for users with different physical conditions: (1) head motion only — people who are severely disabled but able to do basic tasks using eyes and head, and (2) head and hands motion — in addition to type 1, people who can use functioning hands/arms for extra tasks. The system issues operation commands by recognizing different EEG patterns elicited by motor execution (ME) tasks including eye blink, jaw clench, and fist open/close, while at the same time estimates users’ steering intentions based on their facing direction by leveraging inertial measurements and computer vision techniques. The experiment results demonstrate that the proposed system is robust and effective to meets the individual’s needs and has great potential to promote better health. 相似文献

AbstractThe transformation of library metadata encoded in MARC to linked data will enable libraries to participate in the Semantic Web. This transformation, however, will be an iterative development dependent upon community-based decisions. The PCC, as a community-based organization, is ideally positioned to lead this transformation. As PCC guides this transition, three broad areas must be resolved: the conversion of legacy data to linked data, the use of identifiers to support controlled headings, and the transformation of current workflows to linked-data counterparts. 针对塔式太阳能热发电系统中定日镜的逐日跟踪问题,开发了一套用于定日镜双轴运动控制的实验系统。采用STM32F407为主控单片机,实现Modbus-TCP通信、EEPROM非易失性参数存储、正交编码信号计数,基于STM32内部灵活的计数器结构,以硬件的方式实现了脉冲信号的可控输出,减轻了CPU的工作负载,提高了系统稳定性、响应速度和跟踪精度。实际应用表明,该系统运行稳定,跟踪精度高,结构精简,具有较高的可靠性,达到了预期的设计目的。 相似文献

以2013—2017年我国上市涉农企业为样本,采用非平衡面板数据构建回归分析计量模型,通过产权性质、所有权、控制权及两权分离度指标的设置,并以涉农上市企业终极人为研究主体,研究涉农企业终极控制人特征对企业技术创新活动的影响。研究发现,产权性质中非国有性质和所有权对技术创新活动具有促进的正相关关系;控制权和两权分离度对企业技术创新活动呈负相关关系。由此认为政府应加大对涉农非国有企业的扶植和政策倾斜,进行国有企业改革,健全法律及监督措施,完善公司治理机制,为涉农企业技术创新活动顺利开展营造有利氛围。 相似文献

ABSTRACTThis paper presents an ethnographic account of the culture of school meal time at Peartree Academy, with a specific focus on notions of social learning. This qualitative study is focused on a collection of interviews, observations, field notes and analyses what happens when the school organises its canteen as a restaurant. The focus moves away from the traditional realms of nutrition and explicitly introduces the notion of social learning in its informal sense through which a conceptual framework of a skills model is applied. The paper argues how the school dining hall known as the restaurant can foster opportunities for a form of social competence which is not necessarily seen but can be experienced in the social reproduction of its actors. The findings highlight tensions of control within the environment, which are said to impinge upon these social learning opportunities from occurring. 相似文献

Online learning is crucial to success for higher education institutions. Whilst the existing literature predominantly focused on its economic advantages, we focused on its inclusivity. At an online learning unit of a UK university, the number of students with disabilities (SWD) is three times higher than the national average. Having a degree makes significant financial and psychological differences in the lives of SWD. Though recent literature focused on inclusivity of online learning, an appraisal of first-hand experience of SWD studying online is a missing perspective. Accordingly, we aimed to explore their experience, using thematic analysis of semi-structured interviews involving ten SWD. Three themes emerged: (1) having control over studies as an advantage of online learning, (2) personal touch helps SWD’s online learning, and (3) challenges SWD experience with the social element of online learning. Our findings will help to develop the inclusivity of online learning to a new level. 相似文献
