体育文化交流对中美关系改善的作用及启示——基于中美建交40年的历史考察

运用文献资料等研究方法，基于"契机-轨迹"理论，对中美建交40年来体育文化交流情况进行了回顾和梳理，分析了外交政策导向下中美体育文化交流"契机"的形成和"轨迹"的发展，解读中美建交的历史背景和体育文化交流的特征与价值。认为：在"和平与发展""构建开放合作和谐社会""新时代构建新型国际关系"外交政策的影响下，中美体育文化交流具有体育文化财富的共享性、体育竞技的对等性、体育文化交流的公共性特征；中美体育文化交流促进中美建交，促进中美和平发展；改变世界格局，获得话语权；树立国家形象，展示大国责任；深化体育改革，促进社会发展。  相似文献   

The role of student–university value alignment in international student acculturation in Australia

This study integrates acculturation and person–environment fit theories to investigate the role of student–university value alignment in international student cross-cultural adjustment to host universities in Victoria, Australia. The study used a mixed methods design with the quantitative data collected from a student survey and the qualitative data generated from interviews with university staff. Structural equation modelling and thematic analysis were employed to analyse the quantitative and qualitative data respectively. The results of the study indicated that international students who possess similar values to their host university, adjust better, both psychologically and socially into the university environment as well as feel satisfaction with their host university. The study also confirmed the mediating role of international student social adjustment in the relationship between student–university value fit and student overall satisfaction with their host university. The findings highlight the key role of international student–university value alignment in contributing to the success of students’ cross-cultural adjustment to the new cultural environment they experience. Therefore, universities should constantly communicate and deliver on their values during both the promotional stage of international student recruitment and the student journey with the university.  相似文献   

优秀双向飞碟运动员3号 靶位击发节奏与脱靶关系研究

双向飞碟射击项目中3号靶位是8个靶位中射击命中难度最大的靶位，是制约运动员整体命中率的关键所在。将双向飞碟双靶分为1靶击发、随靶、2靶击发3个阶段，对3名国内优秀运动员击发节奏特征进行分析。发现：①1靶击发阶段的节奏直接影响2靶中靶情况，1靶击发用时越长，2靶质量越差，想要提高2靶的命中率必须要提高1靶的动作质量。②随靶阶段的人枪结合能力会影响2靶命中率。③优秀运动员2靶击发阶段的时间节奏一致性较强，动作自动化程度较高。④整体击发节奏慢更易造成2靶脱靶。提出，运动员要提高打好1靶的能力，在保证1靶质量的前提下加强快打技术训练，同时提高随靶阶段人枪结合能力，加强对技术的监控和分析，辅助运动训练，科学提高成绩。  相似文献   

Exploring the complex and non-linear evolution of Chinese international students’ experiences in US colleges

This article contests the narrative of Chinese international students (internationals for short) as passive and problematic to reveal the complexity and fluidity of their experiences. Simultaneously, it troubles the overly linear approach of stage theory in understanding internationals’ adjustment. Following nine first- and nine second-year students in US colleges over a year and involving them in semi-structured interviews and journal prompts, this research examined how they evolved. Findings show that while participants grew on academic and personal fronts, their experiences remained multi-dimensional, with second years being less sanguine and reporting challenges different from first years. This article argues that seeing Chinese internationals’ evolution as an uneven ascent affords a more nuanced understanding compared to a U-shape stage theory as it recognizes that while internationals are evolving, new situations provide challenges which they learn to overcome. Consequently, Chinese internationals’ growth troubles the deficit discourse around them and departs from pre-existing research around postgraduates. Findings spell implications for how the college community should enhance transcultural understanding and how future research around internationals could develop.  相似文献

山东省产业结构优化升级中的人力资本适配性研究

产业结构的优化升级需要与人力资本基础相互协同。这种协同关系决定了产业结构优化升级的阶段、重点、路径和方式。山东省产业结构正在实现由"二、三、一"向"三、二、一"模式的转化,人力资本的数量和结构对这一转化的进程具有决定性作用。首先,人力资本水平决定了劳动力在三次产业之间的优化配置能力;其次,人力资本决定了技术进步的类型,从而也就决定了产业结构调整的速度和方式。三次产业区位商值的变化表明,山东省第一产业的比较优势正在丧失,而第三产业的比较优势开始逐步形成。所以,增加高层次人力资本投资,大力发展高新技术产业,已经成为山东省产业结构优化升级的内在要求。  相似文献
