传统武术的信仰危机与文化重生

传统武术信仰就是中国人对传统武术技艺、文化的实践以及精神追求。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、历史学研究方法等对我国传统武术的信仰内容、消解过程、危机原因等进行了深入的剖析和反思。研究认为：中华武术是构成中国人身体领域中的信仰，这一信仰在近一个世纪里渐渐出现了危机，信仰的危机才是中华武术发展没落的根源。结论认为：要拯救传统武术，必先拯救传统武术的信仰，即恢复民众对传统武术的珍爱。无疑，对中华武术的文化自尊、自信是恢复信仰的思想认知前提；重新找回没落的传统武术技击之道是恢复信仰的核心任务；潜心务实、拒绝虚假繁荣，回归传统武术本然才是传统武术人文精神重生的路向。  相似文献

A simple and convenient procedure for stercoselective synthesis of （Z）-allyl selenides has been developed by a one-pot reaction of diselenides with Baylis-Hillman adducts in the presence of samarium metal-trimethylsilyl chloride under mild conditions. Presumably, the diselenides are cleaved by Sm/TMSCI system to form selemde anions, which then undergo SN2＇ substitution of Baylis-Hillman adducts to produce the （Z）-allyl selenides.  相似文献

Interactive point cloud blending by drag-and-drop

With the rapid development of 3D digital photography and 3D digital scanning devices, massive amount of point samples can be generated in acquisition of complex, real-world objects, and thus create an urgent need for advanced point-based processing and editing. In this paper, we present an interactive method for blending point-based geometries by dragging-and- dropping one point-based model onto another model’s surface metaphor. We first calculate a blending region based on the polygon of interest when the user drags-and-drops the model. Radial basis function is used to construct an implicit surface which smoothly interpolates with the transition regions. Continuing the drag-and-drop operation will make the system recalculate the blending regions and reconstruct the transition regions. The drag-and-drop operation can be compound in a constructive solid geometry (CSG) manner to interactively construct a complex point-based model from multiple simple ones. Experimental results showed that our method generates good quality transition regions between two raw point clouds and can effectively reduce the rate of overlapping during the blending.  相似文献

The distribution of bursin in sacculus rotundus and gut-associated lymphoid tissues was investigated in rabbit. by immuno-histochemical staining method with anti-bursin monoclonal antibody(McAb)2F9o4.The results indicated that the appearance of the bursin-containing cells coincided with the morphodifferentiation and growth process in rabbit.Bursin immunized cells not only distributed in dome epithelium and mucosal epithelium,but also in follicular germinal center,dome, T-cell area,goblet cell,inter-epithelial lymphocyte and cap-zone of sacculus rotundus.This founding suggested that bursin- containing cells in sacculus rotundus might play an important role in intestinal mucosal immunity.  相似文献

Reuse of waste frying oil for production of rhamnolipids using Pseudomonas aeruginosa zju.u1M

In this work,rhamnolipid production was investigated using waste frying oil as the sole carbon source. By culture in shaking flasks,a naturally isolated strain synthesized rhamnolipid at concentration of 12.47 g/L and its mutant after treatment by UV light increased this productivity to 24.61 g/L. Fermentation was also conducted in a 50 L bioreactor and the productivity reached over 20 g/L. Hence,with a stable and high productive mutant strain,it could be feasible to reuse waste frying oil for rhamnolipid production on industrial scale.  相似文献
