ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between grandparents’ use of relational maintenance behaviors (RMB) and their young adult grandchildren’s willingness to serve as future caregivers for their grandparents. Undergraduate students (N = 209) completed a questionnaire in which they reported on a specific grandparent’s use of RMB and how willing they were to serve as future caregivers for that specific grandparent. Results of a multiple regression analysis provided partial support for the hypothesized positive relationships between grandparents’ use of RMB and grandchildren’s willingness to serve as future caregivers for their grandparents. 相似文献

针对目前起重机安全评价过于依赖主观权重且忽视起重机安全状态变化趋势的问题,建立基于改进博弈论组合赋权法(improved combination weighting method of game theory,ICWGT)和灰色关联分析法的起重机安全评价体系。在该评价体系中,收集样本数据以确定评价值,构建评价等级空间来计算起重机行为特征序列与标准行为特征序列的关联系数。运用ICWGT在层次分析法和信息熵 未确知测度理论确定的主、客观权重中寻找平衡。充分考虑专家经验和样本数据,确定优化权重以改善关联系数的分配问题,从而获取起重机灰色关联度评价值和安全等级,旨在对起重机安全状态变化趋势进行更加准确的定量描述和定性分析。实例分析验证了该评价体系的有效性。 相似文献

Relational transgressions are emotionally difficult for those who directly experience the transgression. Less is known about how transgressions affect those located within the personal network of a relational transgression victim. This study explored how network members engaged in support marshaling in response to another’s transgression experience. Results indicate that some participants marshaled support, citing four reasons for their actions: perceived insufficiency, camaraderie, personal ramifications, and personal values. We explore these reasons for marshaling support and discuss them within the broader context of support marshaling and relational transgressions. 相似文献

This study explored the antecedents of students’ intention to participate in computer-based course evaluation. The study proposed an extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) that integrated subjective norm and perceived relevance into TAM. Based on the responses from 149 business school students in Macao, the study identified the direct and indirect effects of subjective norm and perceived relevance on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and students’ intention to participate in computer-based course evaluation. The results of structural equation modelling showed that subjective norm had a positive, strong and significant effect on perceived relevance that in turn affected perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Besides, subjective norm and perceived usefulness had direct effects on students’ intention to participate in computer-based course evaluation. Anatomy education provides students with opportunities to learn structure and function of the human body, to acquire professional competencies such as teamwork, interpersonal skills, self-awareness, and to reflect on and practice medical ethics. The fulfillment of this wide potential can present challenges in courses that are part of an integrated curriculum and shorter than traditional courses. This new reality, together with students' increasing concern about the stresses within medical education, led to efforts at Harvard Medical School to implement practical steps toward an optimal learning environment in anatomy. These were based on core elements of ethical anatomy education and principles of trauma-informed care. Anatomy is conceptualized here as the “first clinical discipline,” with relational interactions between anatomical educators, medical students, and body donors/patients. Essential prerequisites for the implementation of this work were support by the medical school leadership, open partnership between engaged students and faculty, faculty coordination, and peer-teaching. Specific interventions included pre-course faculty development on course philosophy and invitations to students to share their thoughts on anatomy. Student responses were integrated in course introductions, combined with a pre-dissection laboratory visit, an introductory guide, and a module on the history and ethics of anatomy. During the course, team-building activities were scheduled, and self-reflection encouraged, for example, through written exercises, and elective life-body drawing. Students' responses to the interventions were overall positive, but need further evaluation. This first attempt of a systematic implementation of an optimal learning environment in anatomy led to the identification of areas in need of adjustment. 相似文献

A supportive relationship between teachers and students has been shown to have positive effects on students’ performance and social development. Preservice teachers’ relational competence is, however, an unexplored area. The purpose of this study is to contribute to educational research about relational competence in teacher education by introducing a Swedish project which focuses on interpersonal aspects. The study has three parts. In the theoretical part, a conceptualization of teachers’ relational competence using Thomas Scheff’s theory of interpersonal relationships is outlined. In the empirical (pilot) part, a methodology for prompting preservice teachers’ analyses of teacher–student relationships is described, as well as a thematic analysis of their responses. The theoretical conceptualization is then used together with the empirical data in the third part, in order to identify development needs of preservice teachers in terms of relational competence. According to the conceptualization, relational competence includes three sub-concepts: communicative, differentiation, and socio-emotional competence. From the analysis of preservice students’ texts, the article identifies development needs in relation to the three sub-concepts. The concluding discussion focuses on lessons learned from the study regarding how to promote teacher students’ relational competence. 相似文献

源流于德国的保护规范理论,为我国行政诉讼的原告资格判定提供了新的裁判思路。保护规范理论的法理正当性与异质性互相蕴含,其备受争议的司法适用上的不确定性源于其理论内涵的开放性,此恰好成就了其持久的生命力和创造力。但基于根植于外国法的渊源特性与规范化适用路径的缺失,保护规范理论在我国面临司法适用上的机械、僵化、严苛等困境。因此亟须进行步骤化提炼,具体可运用公法规范"私人利益保护指向"来解释案涉法规范所保护的利益性质及判定主观公权利的存无,从而提炼出特定人的行政法上请求权,构成起诉人行使主观公权利的请求权基础,实现行政诉权与实体请求权之间的对照和联结。 相似文献

本文从知识复杂度出发,探索代工专用性投资类型(资产类专用性投资和人力资本类专用性投资)与治理机制的匹配关系对海外知识获取的影响。应用AMOS17.0和SPSS16.0对229个中国代工企业样本数据进行实证检验,结论显示:(1)不同治理机制对不同类型专用性投资与海外知识获取关系具有不同的调节效应。具体来看,合同治理与资产类专用性投资的交互作用对海外知识获取有积极影响,关系治理与人力资本类专用性投资的交互作用对海外知识获取有积极影响,而不合理的匹配关系(即合同治理VS人力资本类专用性投资;关系治理VS资产类专用性投资)对海外知识获取的影响是不显著的。(2)专用性投资类型与治理机制的匹配效应随知识复杂度的变化而变化。具体来看,在知识复杂度较低的情况下,合同治理与资产类专用性投资的交互作用对海外知识获取的促进作用更显著。在知识复杂度较高的情况下关系治理与人力资本类专用性投资的交互作用对海外知识获取的促进作用更显著。上述研究阐明了代工专用性资产类型、治理机制和知识复杂度的匹配关系对海外知识获取的影响,有助于指导代工企业依据专用性资产类型和知识复杂度选择适宜的治理机制,进而获取更好的海外知识获取绩效。 相似文献
