Increases in student numbers in recent years have led to the provision of self-access language centres in higher education institutions in the UK where specialist and non-specialist students of modern languages are expected to supplement limited class contact time with independent study. A well-resourced language centre does not, however, guarantee optimum and consistent use of it by students, as the 1996 HEFCE/DENI quality assurance reports for modern languages pointed out. In this article, we present the case study of one institution and the development of independent learning over a three year period from 1995-96 to 1998. Integrated classroom/language centre work and in-house materials (recommendations of the CIEL/SMILE report of 1998) are the norm but these alone were insufficient to guarantee weekly student attendance at the centre. 通过对短跑运动员途中跑踝关节技术的比较研究，探讨了踝关节技术与屈蹬技术的关系，以及踝关节技术对运动员途中跑中各项技术指标产生的影响。研究认为：背屈踝前摆腿技术要优于放松踝的前摆腿技术。主要表现在有利于屈蹬技术的形成，蹬地更有力，支撑时间更短，步频更快。 相似文献

足球之美来自球员的身体动作体系。球员在赛场上的射门的动作很像杂技,球员带球突破时的速率变化则类似径赛中的变速跑,球员在竞技过程中的空中转体争球之类的动作又很像体操。这些动作展示出人类在进化过程中的可逆性试验价值。在观剧学的视野上考量,足球的动作感比现代电影工业中的动作片更为丰富,且充满了不可知性。足球的超体育价值即体现于此。 相似文献
