以 Faster R-CNN 为代表的 two-stage 目标检测算法检测速度慢,而 one-stage 目标检测算法中的 SSD算法虽然检测速度快,但对交通标志类小目标的检测效果不佳。因此在 SSD 算法 VGG16 骨干网络上引入感受野块(RFB)结构,既提升检测速度又可在小目标检测上达到良好的检测精度。与此同时,为提高网络分类精度,在损失函数中加入中心损失。将 SSD 算法与改进的 SSD 算法在 VOC 数据集上进行训练,对比其性能可知,改进后算法 mPA 值达到 80.7%,相比 SSD300(VGG16)算法提高了 3.5%。该算法在 LISA traffic sign 数据集上训练,在迁移学习的基础上得到的 mPA 值为 78.4%,检测单张图像平均耗时为 20.5ms,可满足实时性要求。  相似文献

运用文献法、访谈法、扎根理论和逻辑演绎法,建构影响高校学生评教有效性的理论模型,阐释影响因素对于逆向评教产生影响的作用机理。从目前高校评教所暴露出的突出问题,提出提高高校学生评教有效性的治理路径。研究认为,影响评教结果的主要因素包括学生因素、教师因素、学校因素以及课程因素。评教容易导致两个方向的逆向选择,其一是学生对教师评教的逆向选择,其二是教师为应对学生评教和学校制度安排对教学方式和管理方式的逆向选择。前一种逆向选择取决于学生的目标函数或偏好选择,后一种逆向选择取决于学校的制度安排。两种逆向选择构成一个彼此强化的反馈结构,形成负向强化并造成恶性循环,最终危及学校的整体教学质量和水平。  相似文献

This paper uses a calibrated “pedagogical production function” model to estimate the potential long-term losses to children’s learning from the temporary shock of Covid-19 related school closures. It then models possible gains from two mitigation strategies. Without mitigation, children could lose more than a full year’s worth of learning from a three-month school closure because they will be behind the curriculum when they re-enter school and will fall further behind as time goes on. Remediation when children return to school reduces the long-term learning loss by half, but still leaves children more than half a year behind where they would have been with no shock. Remediation combined with long-term reorientation of curriculum to align with children’s learning levels fully mitigates the long-term learning loss due to the shock and surpasses the learning in the counterfactual of no shock by more than a full year’s worth of learning. Systems need to begin planning now for remediation programmes, and as they do so they should build programmes and train teachers in ways that can continue to produce benefits beyond the period immediately following reopening.  相似文献

The purpose of the current study was to examine the effect of 6 weeks of whole body vibration training (WBVT) on body composition, muscle activity of the gastrocnemius and vastus lateralis, gastrocnemius muscle architecture (static and dynamic) and ground reaction forces (performance jump) during the take-off phase of a countermovement jump in young healthy adult males. A total of 33 men (23.31 ± 5.62 years) were randomly assigned to a whole body vibration group (experimental group, EGWBVT: n = 17; 22.11 ± 4.97 years) or a control group (CG: n = 16; 24.5 ± 6.27 years). The total duration of the intervention phase (WBVT) was 6 weeks with a frequency of 3 sessions per week. Statistically significant differences were observed (P ≤ 0.05) between pre- and post-test in the power peak (Δ 1.91 W · kg?1; P = 0.001), take-off velocity (0.1 cm · s?1; P = 0.002) and jump height (Δ 0.4 cm; P = 0.002) for EGWBVT. There were no statistically significant differences in any of the body composition and muscle architecture variables. Moreover, no significant differences were found between EGWBVT and CG nor changes in muscle activity during take-off phase of the gastrocnemius and vastus lateralis pre- versus post-training. This study suggests that a 6-week WBVT programme with increasing intensity improves jump performance but does not alter muscle activity nor muscle architecture in healthy young men.  相似文献

摘要:以介绍第65届美国运动医学会(ACSM)年会暨第9届运动是良医世界科学大会和肌肉肥大与萎缩的基础科学世界大会的主要研究热点为目的。以“肌肉肥大与萎缩”的基础科学世界大会的主报告和专题报告为基本思路,并通过PubMed等数据库检索相关文献,对大会中肌肉肥大与萎缩的专题报告内容、相关主题的最新研究成果等方面进行探讨。目前,关于肌肉肥大与萎缩的研究热点主要集中在废用和疾病状态下的肌萎缩、调控肌肉肥大的外在变量及内在分子机制、肌卫星细胞在骨骼肌肥大与萎缩过程中的作用、营养补充促进肌肉肥大及改善肌萎缩等方面。这些研究成果为更深入地探究运动促进肌肉肥大和改善其萎缩提供新的思路,同时为我国体育科学、运动医学、肌肉生物科学及运动康复研究提供有益借鉴。  相似文献

目的:探讨不同负荷运动训练对大鼠骨骼肌线粒体三羧酸循环的影响及其机制。方法:将雄性Wistar大鼠50只随机均分为5组:安静对照组(C)、低负荷运动训练组(LT)、中等负荷运动训练组(MT)、高负荷运动训练组(HT)和极高负荷运动训练组(ST),每组10只。各运动组分别进行6周的跑台运动训练。训练方案结束后,取腓肠肌样本,提取线粒体,测定线粒体柠檬酸合成酶(CS)、异柠檬酸脱氢酶(ICD)和α-酮戊二酸脱氢酶(α-KGDHC)活性;线粒体Ga2+含量、胞浆NADH、NAD+、ATP和ADP含量,以及ICD mRNA转录水平。结果:(1)不同负荷运动训练组线粒体CS、ICD和α-KGDHC的活性均显著高于安静对照组(P < 0.01),且CS和ICD活性由高到低顺序均为:MT组 > HT组 > ST组 > LT组 > C组,α-KGDHC活性由高到低顺序为:HT组 > MT组 > ST组 > LT组 > C组。(2)不同负荷运动训练组线粒体Ca2+ 含量均显著高于安静对照组(P < 0.01),其含量由高到低顺序为:MT组 > HT组 > ST组 > LT组 > C组;胞浆NADH/NAD+和ATP/ADP的比值均显著低于安静对照组(P < 0.01),其比值由低到高顺序为:MT组 < ST组 < HT组 < LT组 < C组。(3)不同负荷运动训练组ICD mRNA转录水平均高于安静对照组(P < 0.01),其水平由高到低顺序为: MT组 > HT组 > ST组 > LT组 > C组。结论:低负荷、中等负荷、高负荷及极高负荷运动训练均可提高大鼠骨骼肌线粒体三羧酸循环功能,且中等负荷运动训练效果最佳。其机制与胞浆NADH/NAD+和ATP/ADP比值、线粒体摄钙能力及限速酶基因的表达有关。  相似文献

Purpose: An advanced system for the assessment of climbing-specific performance was developed and used to: (a) investigate the effect of arm fixation (AF) on construct validity evidence and reliability of climbing-specific finger-strength measurement; (b) assess reliability of finger-strength and endurance measurements; and (c) evaluate the relationship between finger flexor all-out test scores and climbing ability. Methods: To determine the effect of AF, 22 male climbers performed 2 maximal strength and all-out tests with AF (shoulder and elbow flexed at 90°) and without AF (shoulder flexed at 180° and elbow fully extended). To determine reliability, 9 male climbers completed 2 maximal strength tests with and without AF and an all-out and intermittent test without AF. Results: The maximal strength test without AF more strongly determined climbing ability than the test with AF (r2 = .48 and r2 = .42 for sport climbing; r2 = .66 and r2 = .42 for bouldering, respectively). Force and time variables were highly reliable; the rate of force development and fatigue index had moderate and low reliability. The maximal strength test with AF provided slightly higher reliability than without AF (intraclass correlation coefficient [ICC] = 0.94, ICC = 0.88, respectively). However, smaller maximal forces were achieved during AF (484 ± 112 N) than without AF (546 ± 132 N). All-out test average force had sufficiently high reliability (ICC = 0.92) and a relationship to sport climbing (r2 = .42) and bouldering ability (r2 = .58). Conclusion: Finger strength and endurance measurements provided sufficient construct validity evidence and high reliability for time and force parameters. Arm fixation provides more reliable results; however, the position without AF is recommended as it is more related to climbing ability.  相似文献

摘要:目的:探讨大负荷运动对大鼠骨骼肌线粒体形态结构与功能的影响,为研究运动性骨骼肌损伤发生的机理奠定基础。方法:48只成年雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠,随机分为安静对照组(C,n=8)和运动组(E,n=40)。其中,E组按时相点划分为0 h、12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h等5组,每组各8只。E组大鼠在跑台上进行持续性下坡跑,跑台坡度为-16°,速度为16 m/min,运动时间为90 min。各组分别于对应时间点分离比目鱼肌进行检测。使用透射电子显微镜观察骨骼肌线粒体超微结构变化,采用ELISA方法检测各组大鼠比目鱼肌线粒体关键酶CS的含量以及线粒体呼吸链复合体Ⅱ、Ⅳ的活性,应用Western blot方法检测骨骼肌COXⅠ的蛋白表达。结果:一次大负荷运动后比目鱼肌线粒体出现明显肿胀、肌膜下积聚等超微结构异常变化,且伴有大量不同成熟阶段的自噬体形成,同时CS的含量和呼吸链复合体Ⅱ活性均明显下调(P<0.05),复合体Ⅳ活性及其亚基COXⅠ蛋白表达也出现下降。结论:一次大负荷运动可导致骨骼肌线粒体结构和功能受损,数量减少,导致细胞氧化磷酸化功能障碍,同时还诱导了自噬的发生,这可能是大负荷运动致骨骼肌损伤的重要原因之一。  相似文献

Isokinetic hamstring-to-quadriceps (H:Q) ratios are frequently used to assess knee muscle strength imbalances and risk of injuries/re-injuries. The use of peak torque (PT) or total work (TW) to estimate joint stability may lead to different results because of the differences between these two neuromuscular variables. Thus, the current study aimed to compare the conventional and functional H:Q ratios calculated by PT and TW. Ninety-three male professional soccer players from Brazilian first division teams performed isokinetic concentric and eccentric contractions of the quadriceps and the hamstrings at 60°/s. Muscle strength balance was calculated using the conventional torque ratio (CTR) and conventional work ratio (CWR), functional torque ratio (FTR) and functional work ratio (FWR) were highly and moderately correlated between them (r?=?0.83 and r?=?0.73, respectively). The Wilcoxon statistical test revealed significant differences between CTR and CWR, as well as FTR and FWR (p?T-test demonstrated significant differences in mean CTR–CWR and FTR–FWR, whereas Bland–Altman plots showed non-consistent bias. To investigate the effects of a single high-load (80% of one repetition maximum [1RM]) set with additional drop sets descending to a low-load (30% 1RM) without recovery intervals on muscle strength, endurance, and size in untrained young men. Nine untrained young men performed dumbbell curls to concentric failure 2–3 days per week for 8 weeks. Each arm was randomly assigned to one of the following three conditions: 3 sets of high-load (HL, 80% 1RM) resistance exercise, 3 sets of low-load [LL, 30% 1RM] resistance exercise, and a single high-load (SDS) set with additional drop sets descending to a low-load. The mean training time per session, including recovery intervals, was lowest in the SDS condition. Elbow flexor muscle cross-sectional area (CSA) increased similarly in all three conditions. Maximum isometric and 1RM strength of the elbow flexors increased from pre to post only in the HL and SDS conditions. Muscular endurance measured by maximum repetitions at 30% 1RM increased only in the LL and SDS conditions. A SDS resistance training program can simultaneously increase muscle CSA, strength, and endurance in untrained young men, even with lower training time compared to typical resistance exercise protocols using only high- or low-loads.  相似文献
