幼儿园教师专业发展是幼儿教师成长的途径之一,关系到学前教育的质量。研究发现,幼儿园教师认为“跟岗实践”是最有效的“培训形式”、实践性知识是最需要的培训内容;急需将“与家长沟通”技能纳入培训范围,转岗教师急需通过系统培训转变角色职能,同时要搭建网络学习平台与线下培训形成混合培训模式。要转变培训形式,增加“跟岗学习”时长;加强实践性知识的培训,让培训“更接地气”;强化沟通技能的学习,让幼儿园教师与家长产生默契;为转岗教师量身打造培训方案,保证培训内容的针对性和有效性;推动交互式在线学习平台的搭建,线上线下共同带动幼儿园教师专业发展。  相似文献

构建大学—中小学教师研修共同体是新时代教育体系改革的实践逻辑表达,也是促进教师专业发展、改善教学质量、教育研究理论与情境实践经验破镜重圆、回归教师教育教学本真的关键路径。然而,持续性不足是其现阶段面临的亟待解决的突出问题。它表现为文化的游离和冲突削弱了共同体的向心力,资源的搁浅和流失分化了共同体的共享度,角色合法认同的单一性限制了共同体的合作层次,组织管理的分割性阻碍了共同体的协同度,评价激励制度的滞后性和功利性影响了共同体的持续力。应遵循不法常可的思维向度,从文化内驱机制、跨界生成机制、结构能动机制三个维度深度探究大学—中小教师研修共同体机制建构的实践逻辑问题。  相似文献

教师跨校交流本质上就是教师与学校的个人?组织匹配再调整。调查发现,城乡中小学教师的个人?组织匹配总体较好,但有待提高。基于对个人?组织匹配理论的分析,结合中小学教师个人?组织匹配现状调查,本研究认为提高城乡教师跨校交流可采取如下策略:加大农村学校支持力度,提高城区交流教师与农村学校的需求?供给匹配;推行以骨干教师、优秀校长为主,普通教师为辅的交流队伍模式;提前公开交流教师与接收学校信息,尊重双方意愿,推行双向选择;重构个人?组织价值观体系,营造民主、互助、奋进的组织氛围;依托骨干教师搭建教师成长平台,提升农村学校与教师的要求?能力匹配与需求?供给匹配,实现交流教师成长与学校发展的双赢。  相似文献

The modern primary school is a complex institution containing a growing community of individuals and organisations with potentially competing agendas. Within this environment, subject leaders are typically looked upon for advice and guidance within a given subject area such as Physical Education. Yet for those endeavouring to provide Physical Education subject leadership within primary schools, the challenge has grown significantly over the last two decades amidst an ever-changing policy landscape. This paper is for and about primary Physical Education subject leadership; the purpose of which, to plot primary Physical Education's policy journey and explore the implications of reform in shaping the subject leader's role. The paper addresses the current lack of guidance for the subject leader and examines the professional knowledge, skills and experience required to do the role effectively.  相似文献

The aim of my study was: (a) to measure the effectiveness of a supporting tutor-training curriculum and content knowledge gains for preservice teachers engaged in service learning and (b) to determine whether tutor training and field experience improved the preservice teachers’ teaching self-efficacy beliefs. One hundred and thirteen upper-division undergraduate students enrolled in Social Foundations of Multicultural Education courses participated in course-embedded tutor-training and fulfilled a 20-h service-learning requirement by tutoring pupils in local elementary schools. Analyses of variance (ANOVA) on a pretest and posttest measures of content knowledge, tutoring skills, and teaching self-efficacy demonstrated a statistically significant difference with higher mean scores at the post time. These results suggest that a course-specific tutor-training curriculum advances the participants’ knowledge and skill in tutoring. The results also indicate that the combination of tutor training and field application (i.e. tutoring in a classroom) function to increase students’ self-efficacy as future teachers.  相似文献

This article investigates the implementation of the “förstelärare” or “First teacher” reform in Sweden. We draw upon the insights of a superintendent, union official, principal, three First teachers, and two of their colleagues in one school, and recent literature on career development reform. We employ Michael Fullan’s overview of the “right” and “wrong” drivers of educational reform to analyse the extent to which the First Teacher initiative cultivated productive “professional capital.” The research reveals: how broader national policy aims were in clear tension with municipal-wide school development, and school-level development efforts; the perverse effects of a strong focus upon salary on professional conduct; and how an emphasis upon teachers’ roles per se undermined the espoused policy focus on enhancing teaching. The research cautions against the problematic effects of the initiative on more profession-oriented prerogatives, and how more external, “deleterious,” drivers of reform militate against more productive professional capital.  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of instruction among professionals who implement additional professional support for students with special needs in Slovenia, with a focus on methods for learning to learn. A total of 1863 professionals with various job positions participated in the study. The results revealed that seven groups of professionals most often use methods for achieving standards in different learning subjects. The largest significant differences are in methods for developing social emotional skills, methods for rehabilitation and compensation of disabilities and methods for development of attention and concentration. The results also revealed that subject teachers use most of the methods significantly less than other professionals, which rise concerns about the quality of additional professional support in the group of subject teachers.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Research on teacher education, especially on the development of teacher educators, is limited. This paper considers the role of dispositions in the development of pedagogical knowledge (PK) for science teacher educators (STEs), across stages of career. It argues that beliefs and perceptions shift and change along with, but not directly related to, what STEs pay attention to and when they pay attention to it. The eight participants were asked to identify the critical experiences (CEs) of their career that impacted on their development of PK. CEs were analyzed using Morine-Dershimer and Kent’s (1999) model of PK as a framework, but also to identify common emergent themes across participants and common emergent themes for individuals that led to identification of patterns of actions and finally, participant’s dispositions. The notion that beliefs, dispositions and PK are all developed for each individual at their own pace and in their own way is reinforced.  相似文献
