文化功能视角下江口“金钱杆”的发展逻辑研究

文化功能也就是"出之于人,归之于人",江口土家族"金钱杆"起于秦末时期的西楚霸王,形于族人生产生活实践中。经过研究发现,"金钱杆"是具有彰显土家族文化的独特符号、"常"与"非常"之间转换的独特节点、教化孩童的重要载体以及增强体质的独特途径的少数民族传统体育活动。本研究主要探求"金钱杆"发展逻辑,旨在为"金钱杆"的传承和发展提供有益的指导。  相似文献   

Sensemaking and crisis revisited: the failure of sensemaking during the Flint water crisis

ABSTRACT

This study operationalized Weick’s [(1988). Enacted sensemaking in crisis situations. Journal of Management Studies 25(4), 305–317 and (1993). The collapse of sensemaking in organizations: The Mann Gulch disaster. Administrative Science Quarterly, 38, 628–652] theory of enacted sensemaking to examine the communication processes associated with the Flint Water Crisis of 2014–2015. A content analysis of 389 emails and attachments from a total population of N?=?37,376 pages of publicly released e-mails and documents pertaining to Flint’s water issues, identified examples of failed sensemaking by government officials. These failures hastened and intensified a growing crisis of lead contamination and an outbreak of Legionnaires disease associated with Flint’s municipal water system. Analysis of email messages suggests that strong commitments by top leaders and limited capacity were important factors as were efforts to create and maintain consensus among officials. The Flint Water Crisis offers an important application of sensemaking theory and its utility for both organizational and risk communication scholars and for practical application. The authors emphasize the importance of questioning previous assumptions and commitments, insuring that communication practitioners are involved in decisions, and avoiding over reliance on image repair as a strategic response.  相似文献

This forum brings together food, (in)security, and communication. The authors participating in this forum center communication as both process and tool for understanding, mitigating, and making meaning of food (in)security. The nine authors together discuss the role of communication in food (in)security, the central challenges for scholars and practitioners working on food (in)security, and the creative possibilities and impacts influencing the future of food (in)security. [目的/意义] 针对当前各图书馆、文化馆等公共文化服务机构的多源异构数据，设计出一套行之有效的集成架构。[方法/过程] 在充分分析公共文化大数据资源的基础上，对公共文化服务大数据的类型与分布进行分析，结合公共文化服务大数据的应用场景，设计公共文化大数据集成的架构。[结果/结论] 提出一个由数据来源层、系统集成层、数据融合层、存储层、应用层五个层次构成的公共文化服务大数据集成架构，并对其中的采集、存储等关键技术进行研究。  相似文献   

政务B站号信息传播效果影响因素与实证研究

[目的/意义] 作为政府与青年群体沟通的重要平台，政务Bilibili账号的信息传播效果直接决定其沟通效率和效果。对政务Bilibili账号信息传播效果影响因素的研究有利于沟通效果的提升。[方法/过程] 本研究基于共青团中央Bilibili账号的471个样本，采用内容分析和回归分析等系统考察内容主题、视频类别、封面图类型、屏幕形式、字幕、组织形式、剪辑率和视频时长等因素对政务Bilibili账号信息传播效果的影响。[结果/结论] 结果表明，科技类、音乐类和时尚类主题的视频能够提升整体传播效果，科技类视频的贡献度最高；情景剧、实拍视频和监控视频都正向显著影响整体传播效果，实拍视频的贡献度最高。视频剪辑率、竖屏视频、字幕添加、合作创作等均能显著提高整体传播效果，竖屏在整体传播效果模型中的贡献度最大。视频时长和封面图的作用不显著。政务Bilibili账号运营应充分释放青年的爱国势能、创新视频形式、优化视频制作流程、创新组织形式。  相似文献   

CBA球员球场暴力行为的归因研究与治理省思 ——基于互动仪式链视角

运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，以互动仪式链理论为视角，从文化资本互动与情感能量互动两方面对CBA球场暴力行为的发生机制进行研究。指出，赛前与赛中的互动仪式相互联系，赛前不良的互动仪式会将负向的情感能量带入比赛，使共享情感破裂，产生球场暴力现象。球员个体间情境互动会过渡到球队群际间，暴力行为会通过互动仪式链不断扩散到其他球队。比赛中双方都存在冲突性紧张，谁能抢占情感能量主导权谁就会在博弈中占据优势地位，处于压制的一方将转化为恐惧感。恐惧与冲突性紧张塑造了暴力情景，导致了球场暴力行为的发生。提出，应规范球员行为表现，防止球员暴力惯习的形成；加强球队球员间的沟通交流，修复断裂的互动仪式链条；注重裁判执裁能力建设，维持现场球队双方情感能量的平衡；营造有序的观赛环境，激发球迷潜在的道德情感。旨在为CBA健康有序发展提供建议与参考。  相似文献

审视中国古代镖局中镖师武术的技术特征、传承传播、发展演变，能够再现早期武术发展状况，丰富武术历史研究内容，还可总结历史经验，为新时代推广武术、弘扬武术文化提供借鉴。运用文献资料法和历史分析法，就镖局对清末民初武术发展之推动作用进行分析。认为，镖局是实现武术功能职业化转型的重要组织，推动了武术的顺时代创新演变，开辟了多元的武术传播途径，稳固了师徒传承方式，推动了武术价值的多元化发展，促进了暗器、轻功等罕见武技的深造与传承，为“以武报国”提供了重要的物力支撑。  相似文献

主要研究了汇川公司H2U可编程控制器(PLC)的通信技术,实现了两个H2U系列PLC之间基于RS-485的通信,并详细介绍了PLC之间通信的硬件连接方式、通信串口参数配置、触摸屏画面的设计以及程序实现。所讨论的方法已在采用H2U PLC及辅助设备组建的"运动控制系统"课程的教学实验平台上进行了验证,可以拓展应用于多台H2U PLC之间以及其他设备与H2U PLC之间的RS-485通信实现,对工程应用具有一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The Strathfieldsaye Estate collection at the University of Melbourne Archives is discussed in relation to recognising, protecting and reclaiming Koori (First Peoples of southeast Australia) heritage. The settler collection includes early 1900s photographs of Koori people within two distinct albums – a family album that includes a series of studio portraits of Koori adults and children, and an album depicting Koori families on Ramahyuck Aboriginal Mission Station. In the past, these albums have been defined by, and limited to, traditional archiving practices excluding Koori interpretation, authorship and social context. Restoring Koori ownership and authorship of intangible heritage plays a large part in consolidating ancestor photographs with Koori perspectives of identity and culture.  相似文献
