针对法兰直线轴承尺寸系列化与视觉测量过程行为多样化之间的复杂关联影响问题,提出由特征包容方案规划、基本动作规划和工位变换路线规划三阶段组成的递阶式测量行为规划策略,并设计了视觉测量规划与行为评估流程。以某型号方法兰直线轴承为对象,以评估不同测量行为、图像质量及图像处理算法之间的关联影响为任务,进行测量实验研究。实验结果表明,通过对测量行为进行递阶式规划与行为分析,便于获取测量行为变化造成测量结果波动的定量信息,得以反馈行为影响,从而引导行为优化,可促进视觉测量系统前、后处理功能的增强,有助于智能视觉测量的发展。 相似文献

构建大学—中小学教师研修共同体是新时代教育体系改革的实践逻辑表达,也是促进教师专业发展、改善教学质量、教育研究理论与情境实践经验破镜重圆、回归教师教育教学本真的关键路径。然而,持续性不足是其现阶段面临的亟待解决的突出问题。它表现为文化的游离和冲突削弱了共同体的向心力,资源的搁浅和流失分化了共同体的共享度,角色合法认同的单一性限制了共同体的合作层次,组织管理的分割性阻碍了共同体的协同度,评价激励制度的滞后性和功利性影响了共同体的持续力。应遵循不法常可的思维向度,从文化内驱机制、跨界生成机制、结构能动机制三个维度深度探究大学—中小教师研修共同体机制建构的实践逻辑问题。 相似文献

ABSTRACTLighting a cultural heritage artifact requires balancing visual perception with preventive conservation, by providing the best lighting (in terms of spectral distribution and quantity) to enable the viewer to appreciate details and color, while limiting photo-induced degradation. The paper outlines the methodology applied by a multi-disciplinary team while lighting the Shroud of Turin at its last public exhibition in 2015. The methodology considered the special requirements of the Shroud, including exposure to ultraviolet light, while providing appropriate display conditions that would meet audience expectations. The desired appearance (readability of the body image and color) was defined with the help of Shroud researchers and confirmed by subjective tests, while appropriate light levels for preservation were set in agreement with standard requirements and using knowledge of the degradation of linen in visible and UV light. The installation provided a controlled environment and a managed visitor route to the Shroud, assuring excellent perception of both details and color, with the lowest illuminance level about 15?lx. 相似文献

Coopetition, i.e., cooperation between competing actors, has become a pervasive strategy for innovative firms. The primary focus of studies investigating coopetition centers on inter-firm relationships, highlighting the benefits, limits and configurational patterns of cooperative relationships between competing firms. Only a small, emerging group of studies seeks to extend the concept to the intra-firm level, stressing the existence and effects of competition and cooperation between units that are part of the same organization. This paper contributes to this latter group by investigating the effects of internal coopetition on knowledge and innovation sharing and highlighting the fundamental role of knowledge brokers in managing the resulting tensions. Based on a qualitative case study of the video game publisher Ubisoft, we stress how the tensions raised by internal coopetitive settings limit knowledge sharing between units, and we analyze the mechanisms through which the knowledge broker helps to overcome these limits. We identify three main functions of this knowledge broker that allow the promotion of knowledge and innovation transfer to occur between coopeting units: (1) protecting the unit’s competitive advantage by introducing a lagging principle in the transfer process, (2) reducing sharing costs by standardizing innovative solutions, and (3) enhancing awareness of and trust in innovative solutions by centralizing knowledge diffusion. 相似文献

Research suggests that spatial ability may predict success in complex disciplines including anatomy, where mastery requires a firm understanding of the intricate relationships occurring along the course of veins, arteries, and nerves, as they traverse through and around bones, muscles, and organs. Debate exists on the malleability of spatial ability, and some suggest that spatial ability can be enhanced through training. It is hypothesized that spatial ability can be trained in low-performing individuals through visual guidance. To address this, training was completed through a visual guidance protocol. This protocol was based on eye-movement patterns of high-performing individuals, collected via eye-tracking as they completed an Electronic Mental Rotations Test (EMRT). The effects of guidance were evaluated using 33 individuals with low mental rotation ability, in a counterbalanced crossover design. Individuals were placed in one of two treatment groups (late or early guidance) and completed both a guided, and an unguided EMRT. A third group (no guidance/control) completed two unguided EMRTs. All groups demonstrated an increase in EMRT scores on their second test (P < 0.001); however, an interaction was observed between treatment and test iteration (P = 0.024). The effect of guidance on scores was contingent on when the guidance was applied. When guidance was applied early, scores were significantly greater than expected (P = 0.028). These findings suggest that by guiding individuals with low mental rotation ability “where” to look early in training, better search approaches may be adopted, yielding improvements in spatial reasoning scores. It is proposed that visual guidance may be applied in spatial fields, such as STEMM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine), surgery, and anatomy to improve student's interpretation of visual content. 运用CiteSpace软件对2010-2020年中国知网CSSCI数据库中收录的495篇高校毕业生就业研究的期刊论文进行可视化分析。研究结果表明,我国在高校毕业生就业研究领域已形成一批相对稳定的研究学者和研究机构,研究内容主要集中在高校毕业生就业的影响因素、现存问题、就业质量的评价、就业政策等方面,但研究成果比较分散,没有形成系统的分析框架。未来研究可能将仍以就业质量为核心展开深入分析,加强研究者以及研究机构之间的合作、构建系统的分析框架、采取理论与实践相结合的研究方法、关注就业政策长效机制的建设已经成为推动高校毕业生就业研究重点。 相似文献

目的:基于自行车运动员的训练负荷实证评价,探讨竞速运动项目训练负荷主观感知疲劳评价(session rating of perceived exertion,SRPE)的有效性,并证明训练因素[心率(HR)、训练压力分数(TSS)、训练刺激量(TRIMP)、代谢当量(MET)、能量消耗(EE)]与非训练因素(自感疲劳、压力等级、睡眠质量、肌肉酸痛、训练积极性)对训练负荷量(SRPETL)的影响作用。方法:10名优秀职业自行车运动员(均为男性),测试开始前1周均未进行过大强度运动。运用SRPE、心率计(Garmin佳明HRM-tri)、码表(Garmin佳明edge 200)、身心恢复测试量表等对42天的高原训练负荷进行测试。内部负荷采用SRPE-TL、ETRIMP、ETRIMP、%HRmax表示,外部负荷采用TSS、MET、EE表示。结果:平均每周的SRPE-TL为5 300±1 512 AU。训练单调性(TM)为2.22±0.81 AU,训练应激(TS)为12 766±1 334 AU。SRPE-TL与各测试指标之间具有显著相关性(r=0.58~0.81)。逐步多元回归分析结果表明ETRIMP、TSS、自感疲劳、肌肉酸痛和压力等级可以解释SRPE-TL 71.8%的变异程度(Y=453.12+2.99 ETRIMP+1.20 TSS-114.81自感疲劳-111.30肌肉酸痛+85.81压力等级)。结论:SRPE是评价竞速项目训练负荷的一种有效手段,并且SRPETL是一个全域性指标,且训练因素与非训练因素均对运动员感知疲劳有影响作用。 相似文献
