团队成员工作积极性不高与创造力不够是阻碍研发团队创新的最大问题,良好关系下的团队成员知识交流与思维碰撞对于研发团队创造力至关重要。以二元学习为中介变量,知识异质性为调节变量,构建了内部社会资本影响研发团队创造力的有调节的中介效应模型。采用结构方程模型,基于308个研发团队的数据的实证研究发现:结构资本和认知资本对研发团队创造力的直接影响显著,而关系资本对研发团队创造力的直接影响不显著;二元学习在结构资本及认知资本与研发团队创造力的关系中扮演部分中介角色,而在关系资本与研发团队创造力的关系中扮演完全中介角色;知识异质性正向调节二元学习中介效应。本研究有助于加强对团队创造力影响因素及作用机理的了解,也为提高研发团队创造力提供借鉴。 相似文献

In this paper, the problem of adaptive neural network control design is addressed for a kind of discrete-time nonlinear interconnected systems with unknown dead-zone. The control purpose of this paper is to design an adaptive neural network controller to ensure the systems stability and achieve the desired control performance. The neural networks are utilized to approximate the unknown functions. On the basis of utility functions, the critic signals are considered in the designed control signals. In order to offset the impact of unknown asymmetric dead-zone in the controlled system, the adaptive assistant signal is constructed. Based on the gradient descent rule, the weight tuning laws are obtained. The difference Lyapunov function theory is adopted to prove the studied system stability. The viability of the devised control strategy is further testified via some simulation results. 相似文献

The swing temperature usually leads to the parameter drift and even failure in Electric power steering (EPS), which is a potential threat for safe driving of automobiles. Power Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistors (MOSFET) are a primary heat source in EPS and, therefore, can directly represent the temperature fluctuation of EPS. Existing technologies that observe the temperatures of MOSFETs are restricted by operating conditions, cost and implementation difficulty for application in automotive EPS systems. To address this issue, a novel real-time junction temperature observation method is proposed by combining a Foster network with an Extended State Observer (ESO) technique. Transfer paths of thermal resistance in EPS converters are analyzed, and the thermal state space model is established by the Foster network. The temperature ESO of the EPS controller is then developed based on this thermal model to estimate the temperature and perturbation. Confirmation tests that introduce a simulated driving steering method measure the MOSFET temperature and verify the validity of the temperature ESO. The test results demonstrate that the proposed temperature ESO can be used to monitor junction temperatures of MOSFETs in EPS. 相似文献

A new aircraft guidance law utilizing predictive control algorithm is proposed. Compared with extended proportional navigation guidance law, this guidance law is designed specifically for using against a maneuverable target. It can track the target maneuver effectively. Uncertainty in the predicted target's future maneuvering is handled by constructing a stochastic predictive cost function and utilizing the stochastic minimum principle to deduce a predictive control algorithm. The guidance law is established by adopting the continuous approximation method into the continuous predictive control algorithm. The simulation results demonstrate that the stochastic predictive guidance law has the ability of trajectory prediction. Compared with the PID proportional navigation guidance law, the stochastic predictive guidance law has smaller overload and can intercept the maneuvering target more effectively. 相似文献
