Due to the particularity of Chinese word formation, the Chinese Named Entity Recognition (NER) task has attracted extensive attention over recent years. Recently, some researchers have tried to solve this problem by using a multimodal method combining acoustic features and text features. However, the text-speech data pairs required by the above methods are lacking in real-world scenarios, making it difficult to apply widely. To address this, we proposed a multimodal Chinese NER method called USAF, which uses synthesized acoustic features instead of actual human speech. USAF aligns text and acoustic features through unique position embeddings and uses a multi-head attention mechanism to fuse the features of the two modalities, which stably improves the performance of Chinese named entity recognition. To evaluate USAF, we implemented USAF on three Chinese NER datasets. Experimental results show that USAF witnesses a stable improvement compare to text-only methods on each dataset, and outperforms SOTA external-vocabulary-based method on two datasets. Specifically, compared to the SOTA external-vocabulary-based method, the F1 score of USAF is improved by 1.84 and 1.24 on CNERTA and Aishell3-NER, respectively.  相似文献

本文利用2007-2014年我国88所高校的面板数据,采用系统广义矩(Sys-GMM)模型方法,实证研究了校企合作活动对我国高校科研绩效的影响,以及高校类型的调节作用。研究结果表明:(1)校企合作对高校科研绩效的影响呈倒U型;(2)高校类型对校企合作与高校科研绩效之间的倒U型曲线关系具有显著的负向调节作用。本研究不仅丰富了产学研合作理论,同时对高校制定及完善校企合作政策提供了理论参考。  相似文献

高技术企业具有知识密集、技术密集等特点,是促进我国经济与社会发展的重要部分,在国家发展中占据极其重要的地位。根据高技术企业技术创新的特点,在考虑时滞效应的基础上构建高技术企业技术创新的两阶段投入产出指标体系,应用动态两阶段DEA模型对两个阶段的绩效进行评价,通过对我国27个省域2012-2015年高技术企业技术创新绩效的评价,全面分析各省高技术企业在技术研发以及技术转化两个阶段的效率。研究表明:我国各省之间的高技术企业在技术创新水平上存在很大差距,而且大部分地区的高技术企业存在重视中间成果而忽略商品化产出的问题,需针对不同地区企业技术创新的差异性提出更具针对性的对策。研究成果为更客观的评价我国不同地区间高技术企业技术创新水平提供了工具,为不同地区制定相应的高技术企业技术创新政策提供了决策依据。  相似文献

This paper investigates the adaptive fault-tolerant control problem for a class of continuous-time Markovian jump systems with digital communication constraints, parameter uncertainty, disturbance and actuator faults. In this study, the exact information for actuator fault, disturbance and the unparametrisable time-varying stuck fault are totally unknown. The dynamical uniform quantizer is utilized to perform the design work and the mismatched initializations at the coder and decoder sides are also considered. In this paper, a novel quantized adaptive fault-tolerant control design method is proposed to eliminate the effects of actuator fault, parameter uncertainty and disturbance. Moreover, it can be proved that the solutions of the overall closed-loop system are uniformly bounded, which is asymptotically stable almost surely. Finally, numerical examples are provided to verify the effectiveness of the new methodology.  相似文献

The problem of reachable set estimation is studied for discrete-time bilinear system in this paper. Time-varying delays and bounded input disturbances are both considered in bilinear system. The aim is to find reachable set that converges from all the states of system with initial conditions. By constructing Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, sufficient delay-dependent less conservative stable conditions of reachable set estimation are obtained for bilinear delay system via the reciprocally convex combination and delay partition approaches. The derived theorem can guarantee that all the states of system with initial conditions from some domain are bounded in an ellipsoid and all the states from other domain are converged exponentially within a ball. One simulation example is presented to illustrate the correctness of the derived result in this paper.  相似文献

The paper is concerned with the stability and stabilization problems for a family of hybrid linear parameter-varying systems with stochastic mode switching. The switching phenomenon is modeled by a semi-Markov stochastic process which is more generalized than a Markov stochastic process. With the construction of a Lyapunov function that depends on both the parameter variation and operating mode, numerical testable stability and stabilization criteria are established in the sense of σ-error mean square stability with the aid of some mathematical techniques that can eliminate the terms containing products of matrices. To test the effectiveness of the designed stabilizing controller, we apply the developed theoretical results to a numerical example.  相似文献

以我国29个省市2000年至2015年的发明专利授权数为样本,应用Eviews软件,在对样本数据进行平稳性检验及格兰杰因果关系检验的基础上,构建区域创新关联关系网络。论文采用社会网络分析的方法,并运用Ucinet软件,分析我国区域创新关联关系网络发展状况。实证研究表明:区域创新关联关系网络整体密度为0.1687,各子群密度仍有较大差异;第一、四子群的密度明显差异于第二、三子群的密度,且第四子群省市数量最多;区域创新关联关系网络内部的各省市创新关联关系分布不均,子群间的融合度也较差。  相似文献

In this paper, we consider global adaptive feedback control of nonlinear systems with unknown parameters entering nonlinearly. Such unknown parameters are also not required to lie in a known compact set. Unlike previous results, our proposed adaptive controller is a new double dynamical switching-type controller in which the controller parameter is tuned in a flexible switching manner via a monotonically decreasing switching logic and the controller combines the traditional adaptive theorem with the switching scheme perfectly. Global stability results of the closed-loop system have been proved.  相似文献

In this paper, the exponential stabilization problem of uncertain T–S fuzzy systems with time-varying delay is emulated by fuzzy sampled-data H control. Firstly, a novel suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii function is constructed, which contains all the information about the sampling pattern. Secondly, a less conservative result is achieved by using an extended Jensen inequality, and purposefully using a compact free weighting matrix. In addition, according to the linear matrix inequality (LMI), some sampled-data H exponential stability sufficient conditions and controller design of T–S fuzzy systems are established. Finally, effectiveness gives some illustrative examples may be used to display the value of the current proposed method as well as a significant improvement.  相似文献
