基于扎根理论的大数据政策共词网络研究

[目的/意义]本文在已有的关于大数据政策研究基础上，分析当前国内的大数据政策的关注焦点与不足，为后续的政策创新提供参考借鉴。[方法/过程]以9个国家级大数据综合试验区2014年11月至2017年11月出台的政策为研究样本，综合运用扎根理论、词频分析和政策力度测量方法，确立政策关键词的权重，借鉴Ochiia系数得出关键词共词矩阵，利用可视化分析工具获取共词网络。并综合运用度中心性研究、聚类分析、多维尺度分析和社会网络分析方法研究网络的结点特征与网络结构。[结果/结论]发现现阶段我国大数据试验区政策重点关注金融财税对大数据发展的支持、大数据产业的集聚发展、基本的制度建设和基础设施建设、创新发展应用等方面。对于产业引导基金、核心企业培育、大数据的深层次应用以及外部技术的引进等方面存在不足。  相似文献

【目的】为我国科技期刊加快提升国际影响力提供带有样本意义的策略与参考举措。【方法】从核心定位、严苛要求、关键优势三个方面总结提炼了“高精尖”策略的定义,分析了该策略是建设国际一流科技期刊首选的办刊思路。【结果】提出了加速推进国际化“高聚合”、全流程“高精准”、持续性“高被引”,实施“高精尖”策略的具体举措。【结论】未来我国科技期刊会以梯队、集群的阵列,牢牢占据各大研究领域的“制高点”,不断实现国际影响力的重大突破。  相似文献

Objective: The aims of this research were to purify and identify the 130 kDa (CagA) protein ofH. pylori clinical isolate HP97002 and evaluate the relationships between the purified 130 kDa (CagA) protein and gastric diseases. Methods: The procedure for isolating the protein included 6 mol/L guanidine extract, size exclusion chromatography and elusion from gel. Sera of 68 patients with gastric diseases (44 with chronic gastritis, 15 with atrophic gastritis, 7 with peptic ulcer disease, 2 with gastric cancer) were obtained, and the serological response to CagA was studied by Western-blot using the purified protein. Results: The purified protein was 130 kDa and preserved good antigenicity and revealed basic isoelectric point about of 8.1. Among 68 sera, 43 sera could recognize the purified protein associated with chronic gastritis 47.7% (21/44), atrophic gastritis 86.7% (13/15), peptic ulcer disease 100% (7/7), gastric cancer 100% (2/2). Compared with each other, the difference was significant (χ²=13.327,P=0.004), and 130 kDa (CagA) protein was associated with severe gastric diseases (r _s=0.442,P=0.001). Osteogenic effects of antihypertensive drug benidipine on mouse MC3T3-E1 cells in vitro

Hypertension is a prevalent systemic disease in the elderly, who can suffer from several pathological skeletal conditions simultaneously, including osteoporosis. Benidipine(BD), which is widely used to treat hypertension, has been proved to have a beneficial effect on bone metabolism. In order to confirm the osteogenic effects of BD, we investigated its osteogenic function using mouse MC3 T3-E1 preosteoblast cells in vitro. The proliferative ability of MC3 T3-E1 cells was significantly associated with the concentration of BD, as measured by methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide(MTT)assay and cell cycle assay. With BD treatment, the osteogenic differentiation and maturation of MC3 T3-E1 cells were increased,as established by the alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity test, matrix mineralized nodules formation, osteogenic genetic test,and protein expression analyses. Moreover, our data showed that the BMP2/Smad pathway could be the partial mechanism for the promotion of osteogenesis by BD, while BD might suppress the possible function of osteoclasts through the OPG/RANKL/RANK(receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)) pathway. The hypothesis that BD bears a considerable potential in further research on its dual therapeutic effect on hypertensive patients with poor skeletal conditions was proved within the limitations of the present study.  相似文献
