目前,幼儿入园前教育形式主要有三种:家庭教育、机构教育和社区教育。但现实困境是,很多家庭的幼儿入园前未能较好地接受到任何一种形式的教育。对此,有一些可行的创新策略,分别为成立“社区活动小组”、邀请早教机构送教入小区、利用互联网共享优秀教育活动、依托附近幼儿园资源不定期举办亲子活动、社区提供亲子活动空间和人力参与互动等。  相似文献

从甘肃省的"非遗"传承来看,确实有诸多困境,这些困境都指向了"传承人"的问题,即后继乏人。因此,有必要研究从根本上解决"非遗"传承人的问题。文化的传承需要教育,教育要学校来办。电大社区教育能汇聚最优质的教师队伍和最优质的教学资源,能较好地解决"非遗"传承人的教育问题,且能对广大民众进行传统文化的教育,唤起民众对"非遗"保护的自觉意识。通过将电大社区教育跟"非遗"项目逐渐对接,可以从根本上解决"非遗"传承人的问题,从而摆脱"非遗"传承的困境。因此我们得出的结论是:"非遗"传承的问题是"传承人"后继乏人的问题,解决"传承人"的根本办法在教育,电大社区教育是解决"非遗"传承人教育的良好选择。  相似文献

与农村社区和城市社区相比,村改居社区的社区教育在教育内容、教育形式上有其特殊性。通过参与式观察的方法研究专业社工机构在提供社区服务的过程中对益仁社区的社区教育的作用,发现专业社工机构在村改居社区村民到市民的角色转变、重构社区文化、特殊群体的社区教育和社区自组织的培育上做出了一定贡献,但专业社工机构在参与村改居社区教育过程中也存在社区治理与社区教育的联动有待加强、专业社区教育力量亟须补充、社区内外社区教育资源的利用需要加强、社区居民的参与度需要提高等问题。  相似文献

[目的/意义]论文回答的研究问题是:在新文科建设背景下,图书馆信息学与数据科学、数字人文与健康信息学等新文科交叉领域的关系发展的未来前景是什么?[方法/过程]论文从现有研究文献中图书馆信息学与数字人文、数据科学、健康信息学三个新文科交叉领域的关系类型出发,设计了民族志未来访谈,邀请三十四位国内图书馆信息学和情报学等学科的学者提炼这四个学科(领域)的核心竞争力,判断其相互间价值,并预测2030年最乐观、最悲观和最有可能的发展前景。[结果/结论]图书馆信息学与数字人文、与数据科学、与健康信息学在2030年更有可能出现的前景是并列有交集的关系,健康信息学相对更可能成为图书馆信息学的下位类,数据科学与图书馆信息学的关系相对更独立。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Criticisms have been levelled at academics at a time when funding of universities is increasingly tied to private and corporate purposes and when academics are held accountable through a hierarchy of functions. Claims are also made that academics work within narrow specializations and are removed from real-world experience and problems. Boyer’s model of scholarship offers four categories of scholarship that remain relevant to understanding and guiding the work of academics, including how they engage with communities. To explore the nature of academics’ work, we draw on data provided by a group of academics who participated in a research project using both sociological elicitation and visual arts-based research methodologies. The participants were asked to explore what various aspects of current academic work mean for them by providing an image and text, akin to creating a postcard. In this article, we focus on responses they provided to the prompt ‘Community engagement is?…?’ The postcards show how community engagement can be interpreted in diverse ways and that, along with teaching and research, community engagement are all integrated, mutually reinforcing drivers and outcomes of academic work.  相似文献

本文研究问题包括:多种数字化贫困现象如何在现实社会个体身上组合起来,社会网络对哪些数字化贫困者来说是雪中送炭,对哪些数字化贫困者来说是锦上添花。论文深入挖掘中国六个省市乡村田野研究搜集的117位数字化贫困者和47位非数字化贫困者的个案数据,客观评估其数字化贫困特征值,精确描述所涉个案的数字化贫困程度及类型;发现强关系和弱关系与现实中不同数字化贫困类型叠加后的个体的数字化求助行为之间的关联。研究发现:社会网络对消减数字化赤贫者的数字化贫困程度没有明显影响;个体数字化贫困类型叠加越多,他们获得社会网络的有效支持程度越小;个体数字化贫困类型叠加越少,他们获得社会网络有效支持的可能性就越大;强关系对脆弱的数字化贫困者、数字文盲、懒惰的数字化贫困者、孤独的数字化贫困者和徒劳无益者有价值;弱关系则仅对孤独的数字化贫困者有价值。图1。表3。参考文献20。  相似文献

Based on our community engagement project involving 47 older, low-income African-American adults from a senior community center, this study analyzes how an underserved population acquires knowledge and skills related to digital technologies. We discuss the conceptualization, implementation, and evaluation of a weekly, four-month long computer class for members of the senior community center. Our mixed-method research shows the importance of taking into account both the multidimensional nature of adult learning and the social and cultural contexts in which learning occurs when working with underserved adult populations. Findings from our formative and evaluative research offer insights into changes in the computer class participants’ attitudes toward and perspectives on key digital literacy issues including security and privacy online and online information verification. Scholarly and policy implications are discussed in the context of digital competency and adult learning for marginalized populations.  相似文献

Community question answering (CQA) services that enable users to ask and answer questions are popular on the internet. Each user can simultaneously play the roles of asker and answerer. Some work has aimed to model the roles of users for potential applications in CQA. However, the dynamic characteristics of user roles have not been addressed. User roles vary over time. This paper explores user representation by tracking user-role evolution, which could enable several potential applications in CQA, such as question recommendation. We believe this paper is the first to track user-role evolution and investigate its influence on the performance of question recommendation in CQA. Moreover, we propose a time-aware role model (TRM) to effectively track user-role evolution. With different independence assumptions, two variants of TRM are developed. Finally, we present the TRM-based approach to question recommendation, which provides a mechanism to naturally integrate the user-role evolution with content relevance between the answerer and the question into a unified probabilistic framework. Experiments using real-world data from Stack Overflow show that (1) the TRM is valid for tracking user-role evolution, and (2) compared with baselines utilizing role based methods, our TRM-based approach consistently and significantly improves the performance of question recommendation. This paper stems from the observation that researchers in different fields tend to publish in different journals. Such a relationship between researchers and journals is quantitatively exploited to identify scientific community clusters, by casting the community detection problem into a co-clustering problem on bipartite graphs. Such an approach has the potential of leading not only to the fine- grained detection of scholar communities based on the similarity of their research activity, but also to the clustering of scientific journals based on which are the most representative of each community. The proposed methodology is purely data-driven and completely unsupervised, and does not rely on any semantics (e.g. keywords or a-priori subjective categories). Moreover, unlike “flat” data structures (e.g. collaboration graphs or citation graphs) our bipartite graph approach blends in a joint structure both the researcher's attitude and interests (i.e., freedom to select the venue where to publish) as well as the community's recognition (i.e., acceptance of the publication on a target journal); as such may perhaps inspire further scientometric evaluation strategies. Our proposed approach is applied to the Italian research system, for two broad areas (ICT and Microbiology&Genetics), and reveals some questionable aspects and community overlaps in the current Italian scientific sectors classification.  相似文献

Social informatics research offers insights into the relationship between information technologies and social contexts. However, the material roles of information technologies, and their interplay with the agentic work of social actors, have not been addressed. Drawing on a field study of 37 mobile knowledge workers, we examine the dual material roles (enabling and constraining) played by information technologies in their work practices. We also investigate how these workers exert agency by fashioning multiple information technologies into a functioning digital assemblage. Although information technologies provide consequential affordances that enable mobilization of work across spaces and times, they simultaneously present design-driven, local, organizational, and temporal technological constraints that require mobile knowledge workers to engage in “configuration work” to make information technologies function effectively. Building on a sociomaterial perspective, we further discuss the interplay of information technologies and work practices enacted by mobile knowledge workers, in which both human and technological agency are materialized.  相似文献
