“健康中国2030”背景下全民健身与全民健康深度融合发展的基本态势及发展策略

运用文献资料法对"健康中国2030"背景下全民健身与全民健康深度融合发展的基本态势进行梳理，剖析深度融合的薄弱环节及解决路径。全民健身与全民健康进行深度融合的发展趋势及态势集中体现在习近平总书记关于全民健身以及全民健康的一系列重要讲话、国家政策支撑、发展成果、成果转化与应用四个方面。深度融合存在协同体制机制障碍、法律法规缺失或不完善、供需矛盾协调障碍、交叉领域专业人才不足等薄弱环节。研究建议：需从部门融合和联合设置工作小组、部门和地方政策法规融合及保持延续性、资源融合与供需两端改革、专业融合和人才融合等四条路径进行改革，全方位推进全民健身与全民健康的深度融合发展。  相似文献   

Taking the relational structure of fractions seriously: Relational reasoning predicts fraction knowledge in elementary school children

Understanding and using symbolic fractions in mathematics is critical for access to advanced STEM concepts. However, children and adults consistently struggle with fractions. Here, we take a novel perspective on symbolic fractions, considering them within the framework of relational structures in cognitive psychology, such as those studied in analogy research. We tested the hypothesis that relational reasoning ability is important for reasoning about fractions by examining the relation between scores on a domain-general test of relational reasoning (TORR Jr.) and a test of fraction knowledge consisting of various types of fraction problems in 194 s grade and 145 fifth grade students. We found that relational reasoning was a significant predictor of fractions knowledge, even when controlling for non-verbal IQ and fractions magnitude processing for both grades. The effects of relational reasoning also remained significant when controlling for overall mathematics knowledge and skill for second graders but was attenuated for fifth graders. These findings suggest that this important subdomain of mathematical cognition is integrally tied to relational reasoning and opens the possibility that instruction targeting relational reasoning may prove to be a viable avenue for improving children’s fractions skills.  相似文献

研究新中国成立70年来体育教育专业人才培养特征与演变规律，是呈现体育教育专业发展历史的需要，是推动体育教育专业发展和改革的一项基础性工程。采用文献资料法、历史法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法，对体育教育专业发展规模、专业定位、培养方案、课程设置、教学模式等方面开展研究，结果表明：新中国成立70年来，体育教育专业经历了学习与移植、探索与挫折、混乱与恢复、开放与改革、提速与跨越、实践与创新的演变过程。表现出专业规模不断扩大、培养目标由单一向多元发展、课程设置逐渐模块化和弹性化、选修课和实践课学时逐步增加、总学分缓慢降低、人才培养模式多样、教学方法不断更新等特征。这些演变是基于国际国内的政治、经济、文化和科技发展的历史缘由。当下，专业认证已全面铺开，坚持"一流专业"建设是培养卓越体育教师的根与本。  相似文献

我国高危险性体育项目的立法缺陷及其完善

高危险性体育项目相对一般体育项目而言，是具有危险性大、专业技术性强、安全保障要求高等特点的体育活动。我国对高危险性体育项目有一定的法律规制，但存在顶层设计缺失、法律制度之间的冲突与不一致、可操作性不足等问题。这些制度缺陷产生的根源在于对立法必要性的认识不足、立法不作为，缺乏有效的立法监督机制等，现有制度的缺陷与不足会影响我国高危险性体育项目的发展，难以满足人们体育文化活动的需要。鉴于此，我国应逐步完善高危险性体育项目的法律规制，包括完善高危险性体育项目的审定主体，明确经营高危险性体育项目的主体范围、完善高危险性体育项目的行政许可条件、强化高危险体育项目行政监管以及风险防范等。  相似文献   

Student success pocket-graphic: a mountain of data transformed

Abstract

How does a small community college library, without marketing experience or budget, advocate for its value to a campus community and its administrators? We did so by creating an engaging, bright, and easy-to-read “pocket-graphic.” In this column, we reflect on the process of shaping a multi-use product out of a mountain of data. Through research in design practices, field observations of popular information tools, and an uncomfortable step into braggadocio, we learned to articulate the successes of our library. Our “pocket-graphic” told our story, yes – but it also provoked surprise, questions (“you really have all that?”) and delight in the lesser known successes (“you really DO all that!”). In the process, we connected our students more deeply to helpful services and resources, faculty to supportive instruction, and positively changed the tone of conversation with all our stakeholders. By turning data points into selling points, we found insights and a focus that moved our own development forward, helping ourselves to define improved priorities for advancing our critical role in student success.  相似文献   

Protective behavior in ride-sharing through the lens of protection motivation theory and usage situation theory

The frequent occurrence of security incidents in ride-sharing is a challenge for the survival of IT-enabled ride-sharing platforms. Passengers’ protective behavior is an effective means to alleviate this issue, with benefits to both the passengers and the platforms. This study explores the mechanisms of passengers’ protective behavior in the ride-sharing context by combining protection motivation theory (PMT) and usage situation theory. We test our hypotheses using data (n = 346) collected from a field survey based on a real scenario. The findings reveal that PMT and usage situation theory work well to explain passengers’ protective behavior during ride-sharing. This study explains the motivation behind passengers’ protective behavior in the ride-sharing context, extends the contents of PMT by exploring its antecedents, and extends the contents of usage situation theory by introducing a new dimension. Our findings can help ride-sharing platforms take appropriate strategies to improve passengers’ protective behavior.  相似文献   

地方足球协会软法治理模式、困境与对策研究——基于苏、浙、沪三省市调查的实证分析

运用文献研究法、饱和经验法、典型案例分析法对苏、浙、沪三省市地方足球协会进行实证研究，依据软法制定主体和实施主体的不同，提炼概括了当前地方足球协会的两种软法治理模式，即省级层面地方足球协会"政府主导型"软法治理模式和市级层面地方足球协会"多维互动型"软法治理模式，并对这两种模式的特征进行比较分析。继而归纳了当前地方足球协会软法治理"程序缺失、责任制度不规范、承诺滞后和权利救济缺失"的四个困境，从"内部法人治理结构、相关主体法治观念、软法的程序、监督问责机制"四个方面阐释了产生软法治理困境的原因，最后提出四项地方足协软法治理的对策建议。  相似文献

[目的/意义] 随着自主创新战略的提出，科技信息和科技情报在国家科技发展中的基础性作用日益受到重视，开展区域创新和经济发展的信息服务研究与实践，构建面向区域创新和经济发展的信息服务方法体系、实施方案，是十分必要的。[方法/过程] 通过对国内外文献情报机构服务区域创新和经济发展的实践调研，以及中国科学院文献情报中心在"十二五"和"十三五"期间面向省级科学院、中国科学院转化中心、地方政府、园区企业开展区域信息服务的整体设计和服务实践与案例分析，总结归纳中国科学院文献情报中心开展区域创新和经济发展知识服务的特色和成效。[结果/结论] 在实践的基础上提出图书馆面向区域创新和产业发展提供信息服务，进一步拓展了图书馆的服务领域，是图书馆发展的一个生长点，并将在服务内容与服务方式上不断发展完善。  相似文献
