数值代数领域通过保持Lancaster结构来研究二阶系统的解耦问题,但寻找解耦变换涉及到了非线性方程组求解问题,难以实现. 提出了一种二阶系统数值解耦的新方法. 根据系统解耦前后的同谱信息确定解耦后的系统,将寻找解耦变换的非线性问题转化为齐次Sylvester方程求解问题; 并利用矩阵的Kronecker积理论求解二阶系统的解耦变换. 数值试验证明了该方法的可行性,为二阶系统的数值解耦找到了更便易的实现途径.  相似文献

Using Psychological Abstracts as the source of the original sample (“first-level”), various characteristics of the literature of educational psychology are compared with the characteristics of a “second-level” literature (defined as the literature that the first level cites). In particular, the scatter (dispersion) of periodical articles over periodical titles is looked at for both levels. The journals most cited within the literature of educational psychology are identified.  相似文献

The paper presents and empirically applies a neo-Schumpeterian model of innovation capable of studying interactions between service providers, patients and policy makers, and how these complex interactions determine the timing, direction, and success of innovations in the public sector. The model is tested using a case study that traces the introduction and development of ambulatory surgery in a Spanish hospital. The multi-agent model applies the ideas of Schumpeter to services, encompassing Schumpeter's five types of innovation, and re-introducing the policy-maker as a key agent in the innovation process. The model has a number of advantages over previous, reduced form models. First, it can analyse the interactions between the economic, social and political spheres that make up the complex selection environment of innovations. Second, it captures the recursive impact of radical innovations on agents’ competences and preferences, and their relative power. This brings politics, power, and rhetorical persuasion to the fore. Third, it provides an improved set of definitions for radical and incremental innovation. These are not only important for understanding the sources and drivers of innovation, but also for the accurate measurement of innovation.  相似文献

以美国著名图书馆情报学家兰开斯特在20世纪下半叶提出的图书馆消亡预言和21世纪初至今iSchool联盟的使命陈述和研究文献为分析对象,采用福柯式话语分析方法,分析这两组语料对“图书馆”和“图书馆情报学”的意义建构策略及结果。研究发现,对于“图书馆”,兰开斯特的预言将场所性、机构性打造为其核心定义要素,隐性成就了“图书馆=实体图书馆”的意义,排除了图书馆立足于其功能进行形态转变的可能性,并在此基础上预测了“图书馆”消亡的未来。对于“图书馆情报学”,iSchool运动话语持续地将其建构为“受实体图书馆机构视野局限的,以图书馆员培养为目标的,缺乏就业竞争力的狭隘学科”,并因此赋予其iField发展战略以合法性。这些学科流行话语及其意义建构,在很大程度上瓦解了本学科的两大核心概念——“图书馆”与“图书馆情报学”,潜伏着十分严重的学科/职业自我消解风险。图2。表5。参考文献37。  相似文献

Parents in Prison is an innovative family support service housed at the Tennessee State Prison for Men. Developed in response to inmates' recognition of the need for child abuse and neglect prevention services relevant to men who are in prison, the program model has potential for becoming a major service delivery strategy. Leadership for Parents in Prison is provided by an inmate committee which receives consultation and assistance from a community advisory board and an institutional sponsor. Program components--correspondence and classroom courses, monthly events featuring community guest speakers, and family-focused social activities and projects--address family needs during incarceration and upon return to community living. These diverse components and the flexible service delivery format permit widespread inmate participation not readily available in a prison setting. Parents in Prison successes demonstrate that the period of incarceration can be used to improve parental skills and knowledge and to strengthen family relationships. They also demonstrate the viability of a family support service which relies on inmate leadership, community volunteer participation, and institutional support. The future success of this model depends on replication in other prison settings, dissemination of the program products which have been and continue to be developed, and rigorous, systematic examination of the impact that participation has on child abuse and neglect problems associated with a father's incarceration.  相似文献

Through a close analysis of the links between nineteenth‐century Protestant missionary thought and the British and Foreign School Society (BFSS) this article suggests that to distinguish Enlightenment educational and social reform from evangelism is mistaken. Emblematic of the social reform projects which emerged in England as responses to the challenges of the French Revolution and rapid urbanisation, the BFSS was the outgrowth of Joseph Lancaster’s efforts at spreading the method of education he pioneered, the monitorial system, throughout the British Isles and, ultimately, the world. Despite the strong association between the BFSS and various utilitarian thinkers, evangelicals of late‐eighteenth and early‐nineteenth‐century England came to view the Society and the monitorial system as means by which to integrate all the peoples of the world into the Lord’s dominion. Becoming part of that dominion entailed subjecting oneself to constant moral scrutiny, and monitorial schools were regarded as a means by which to ensure such self‐examination. In short, missionaries seized upon monitorial schools because their aims were parallel to those of educational reformers in the metropole. Where home reformers aimed at the normalisation of the body of English political subjects, the development of the English social body, missionary reformers aimed at the normalisation of the body of God’s children.  相似文献
