Abstract

The transformation of library metadata encoded in MARC to linked data will enable libraries to participate in the Semantic Web. This transformation, however, will be an iterative development dependent upon community-based decisions. The PCC, as a community-based organization, is ideally positioned to lead this transformation. As PCC guides this transition, three broad areas must be resolved: the conversion of legacy data to linked data, the use of identifiers to support controlled headings, and the transformation of current workflows to linked-data counterparts. By embracing the Web as a community, PCC can confirm its relevance in a complex web of global data.  相似文献

电子书用户使用意愿影响模型构建与实证

[目的/意义] 探究用户使用电子书意愿的影响因素，以有助于电子书产业走出缓慢的发展困境。[方法/过程] 以UTAUT2、使用满足理论为基础，从需求满足和外部情景因素两个层面构建影响因素模型，并将需求满足细化为内容需求、社交互动需求和休闲娱乐需求3个测量变量。采用问卷调查方法收集有效样本1 013份，使用AMOS21软件对模型进行验证。[结果/结论] 研究发现，需求满足、阅读习惯、价格价值、社会影响对使用意愿有正向影响作用，而激励措施对使用意愿有负向影响作用，努力期望对使用意愿的影响不显著，并依据研究结果提出促进电子书产业发展的建议。  相似文献

[目的/意义] 分析澳大利亚数字人文项目特征，总结澳大利亚数字人文项目概况，获取对我国数字人文的建设性意见。[方法/过程] 运用网络调查法和访谈法对澳大利亚数字人文项目开展情况进行分析，总结项目概况并梳理其发展阶段和各阶段代表性项目，按照研究方法和方向的不同进行分类，同时根据项目成果和影响力建立分析评价体系来获取有价值的特征，并据此讨论为丰富我国数字人文建设的理论和实践提供借鉴的诸多意见。[结果/结论] 澳大利亚数字人文项目整体阶段特征明显、意义显著，本文总结出其项目的社会服务、图书馆深度参与、创新合作共享等特征，针对我国数字人文提出加大投入、释放图书馆潜力和形成特色的主要意见。  相似文献

[目的/意义] 面对多学科领域、多类型用户的专题情报服务需求，建立专题情报数据管理与智能分析平台。实现专题情报分析的流程化和智能化，同时对融入专家智慧的专题情报分析过程数据进行管理，丰富服务模式，提升服务需求响应速度。[方法/过程] 在调研已有相关研究与实践分析基础上，提出平台设计思路、建设框架，对平台主要功能和关键技术进行剖析。[结果/结论] 专题情报数据管理与智能分析平台已建设完成。平台集成了多来源多类型数据，打通了从数据到分析的服务链条。嵌入了多种情报分析方法和深度学习算法，实现了多维多层次分析服务。能够对分析过程和情报分析人员历史积累数据进行管理，实现数据共享和重复利用。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

For librarians at the University of North Florida, there was a need to move beyond information literacy instruction to one-on-one and small group research consultations to aid in student success. By staffing the research desk with staff and students, librarians were able to open their calendars to allow more time for in-person, phone, and online consultations to aid in meeting the research goals of students at the institution. After assessing the research consultation program for two years, there has been a positive correlation between research consultation usage, satisfaction in completing assignments, and student success measures throughout the university.  相似文献

基于正态云可拓理论的锚泊安全评价

为提高锚泊安全评价精度，保障船舶锚泊安全，针对传统锚泊安全评价方法未考虑评价等级界限的不确定性和模糊性等问题，将正态云可拓理论应用于锚泊安全评价中。采用层次分析法和基于可拓学的简单关联函数确定权重的方法分别确定锚泊安全评价指标的主观和客观权重，通过经验因子将主观与客观权重进行结合。构建基于正态云可拓理论的锚泊安全评价模型，计算待评物元与标准可拓物元的关联度，通过信息熵理论确定锚泊安全等级。根据信息熵理论定义可信因子，使得评价结果的可信度易于定量计算。实例计算验证了本模型的有效性和优越性。  相似文献

It is a common fact that women's sport and leisure history, especially in male dominated spheres, and more specifically football, have been ignored by many academics. However, in recent years there have been major developments in digital technology that have changed the nature of the type of research that can be done. Access to tools to facilitate field research are relatively cheap and with the high volume of digitisation projects that have taken place over the last few years as well as the increasing number of born digital resources that have been published, there are new opportunities. In relation to women's soccer in Ireland, this paper asks the question – where are we now?
