[目的/意义] 针对日益棘手的科研团队合作中成员荣誉分配问题,设计系统可行的实践指导方法。[方法/过程] 首先明确界定单个科研成果合著贡献度的概念内涵和前提假设,归纳出均分式、顺序式、哑铃式和比例式4种合著场景;然后在综合对比国外机构知名合著标准基础上,制定合著者6阶段基本标准和辅助说明;最后总结出合著贡献度的整体计算流程,为4种不同场景下合著贡献度设计和计算提供详细的步骤和计算方法。[结果/结论] 将投稿时科研成果署名权标准的制定和发表后科研成果的荣誉分配连成一体,兼顾客观定量和主观协商,为单个科研成果荣誉分配提供有益参考。  相似文献

[目的/意义]鉴于传统的作者身份识别方法不适用于当前大量涌现的网络文本。综述近年文本作者身份识别的典型方法和关键问题,并进行客观分析和评价,以期为进一步研究提供新的思路。[方法/过程]分别从应用领域、文体特征选取、作者身份建模和性能评价指标等方面对国内外作者身份识别相关研究现状进行客观分析,梳理相关领域研究发展脉络和趋势。[结果/结论]作者身份识别需要适应短文本、不规范文本、海量、高维和多语种环境,需更具表现和刻画能力的多层面特征和相应的作者身份建模方法,并借助信息检索、机器学习和自然语言处理领域的最新研究成果提高效率和准确率。  相似文献

摘 要 【目的】探讨科技期刊论文不当署名现象并提出相应的解决措施。【方法】 通过查阅文献,了解著名科技期刊署名规范,并结合我国实际,分析不当署名的原因。【结果】 不当署名,如影子作者、名誉作者、随意更改作者等现象在科技期刊普遍存在。为避免这种现象的发生,科技期刊应严格制定署名规范,要求所有作者均声明对稿件的贡献,并承诺对稿件的诚信负责,对稿件有贡献但不具备署名资格者应予以致谢。【结论】 科技期刊编辑应提高对署名规范的认识,规避论文不当署名现象的发生。  相似文献

This study investigated college student perceptions of the (in)appropriateness of instructor disclosures and perceived functions of instructor disclosures. An interpretive analysis of 35 college students identified that family relationships, life experiences and background, and everyday talk and activities were forms of appropriate disclosures; whereas, intimate relationship details, personal problems, personal opinions, and drinking behavior were considered inappropriate topics for instructors to disclose. In terms of the function of instructor disclosures, students perceived that these disclosures worked to humanize instructors, make instructors approachable, and create affect for instructors and courses. Implications and future research are also discussed.  相似文献

This study analyzed articles published in four school psychology journals (Journal of School Psychology, Psychology in the Schools, School Psychology Quarterly, and School Psychology Review) between the years 2009 and 2015. Articles were classified based on whether they were narrative or empirical, and affiliation of each author was classified as either practitioner or university. Results were compared to those of a previous study that similarly classified articles from 2000 to 2008. Across the years, the total number of authors increased; however, the proportion of practitioners compared to university affiliates decreased from 9% to 6%. In particular, a regression analysis revealed a large increase in the number of university secondary authors. Discussion focuses on examining the impact that practitioners’ involvement in research has on implementing evidence‐based practices within the schools.  相似文献

This study (N?=?326) was conducted to examine the associations among instructor humor, inappropriate conversations, and instructional dissent. First, results showed students are more likely to employ rhetorical dissent when they perceive their instructors as humorous in the classroom. Second, using expectancy violations theory as a guide, results also indicated that students’ perceptions of instructor-relevant humor moderated the relationships between enactment of inappropriate conversations and students’ expressive and vengeful dissent. These findings support the importance of employing relevant humor in course instruction, especially when instructors engage in inappropriate conversations in the college classroom.  相似文献

This article focuses on moral authorship as an element of the professional development of novice teachers in the Netherlands. Moral authorship refers to the ability of teachers to observe, identify, verbalize and reflect on the moral aspects of their work in a proactive and dialogical manner. We elaborate on moral authorship by theoretically exploring six interdependent tasks of moral meaning making: moral commitment, awareness, orientation and positioning, moral performance and evaluation. Narratives of 19 novice teachers were analyzed to explore moral authorship in teachers’ talk. The results show the opportunities of moral authorship to support, navigate, and reinforce the professional development of novice teachers. This study suggests professional self-dialogs for enhancing the development of moral authorship.  相似文献

科技期刊论文作者署名中共同第一作者、共同通信作者的方式日益增多,学术界对此尚无明确界定;与此同时,该现象还引发了科研成果归属问题等矛盾。针对此种情况,在进行调研的基础上,提出应规范科技期刊第一作者和通信作者署名的建议,即尽量避免共同责任人,科技期刊应重视论文责任人的重要性,预防学术腐败的发生。  相似文献

Textual DNA     
For the first time, this paper studies the evolution of photojournalists' bylines compared to reporters' bylines, which proved a sensitive barometer of longitudinal changes in reporters' status, professionalism, creativity and authorship. Based on a sample of 8800 photographs and news items published across the twentieth century in five quality national dailies: New York Times, The Times of London, Le Figaro, Irish Times and Ha'aretz, this paper shows that photojournalists were discriminated against substantially, consistently and internationally throughout the entire century, lagging not only behind reporters, but also behind the growing centrality of their own photographs. This paper suggests that attribution of photojournalists was hindered by the perception of photography as an objective reproduction of reality that has a weaker claim to attribution; by publishers being attributed of photographic authorship; by the efforts of textual journalists to preserve their superior jurisdiction over news reporting, constructing the inferiority of photojournalism and restricting it to denotative functions; and by the conceptual separation between the growing significance of photography, and the secondary status of its creators, who remain visual creatures in a predominantly textual kingdom. Findings indicate how textual the DNA of the Western press is, which makes its survival more difficult in an increasingly visual world.  相似文献
