在“数字体育”背景下,运动员数据处理成为现代体育发展的关键。运动员个人数据的数据主体和数据控制者之间的权利义务分配是运动员数据处理的基础。数据主体权利的扩张和数据控制者义务的强化是《中华人民共和国民法典》和《通用数据保护条例》所遵循的基本价值导向。运动员数据处理的具体建构还应在体育领域行业化和特殊化基础上,遵循合法公平透明原则、目的限制原则、数据最小化原则、准确性原则、存储有限化原则、完整和保密原则,以此厘清运动员和数据控制者在运动员数据处理中的权利义务关系,保障运动员的数据权益。 相似文献

构建大学—中小学教师研修共同体是新时代教育体系改革的实践逻辑表达,也是促进教师专业发展、改善教学质量、教育研究理论与情境实践经验破镜重圆、回归教师教育教学本真的关键路径。然而,持续性不足是其现阶段面临的亟待解决的突出问题。它表现为文化的游离和冲突削弱了共同体的向心力,资源的搁浅和流失分化了共同体的共享度,角色合法认同的单一性限制了共同体的合作层次,组织管理的分割性阻碍了共同体的协同度,评价激励制度的滞后性和功利性影响了共同体的持续力。应遵循不法常可的思维向度,从文化内驱机制、跨界生成机制、结构能动机制三个维度深度探究大学—中小教师研修共同体机制建构的实践逻辑问题。 相似文献

Writing an academic thesis is an important and complex task and the thesis grade should reflect students’ academic competences. The present study aims, firstly, at exploring how Bachelor’s and Master’s students self-evaluate their academic competences and approaches to learning and whether their evaluations differ from each other. In addition, the study aims at investigating how academic competences and approaches to learning are related to the thesis grades of Bachelor’s and Master’s students. The data consisted of 1 019 Bachelor's and Master’s students, all of whom completed an electronic questionnaire at the time of their graduation. The results imply that Bachelor’s students already possess a considerable number of academic competences. It seems that students’ organising skills should be supported, especially in the Bachelor phase. Finally, the present study raises the question of what the thesis grade actually measures if its relations to both learning processes and academic competences are questionable. 相似文献

A growing body of research incorporates children’s perspectives into the research process. If we are to take children’s perspectives seriously in education research, research methodologies must be capable of addressing issues that matter to children. This article engages in a theoretical discussion that considers how a posthuman research methodology can support such an effort. Piaget’s early and lesser known qualitative studies on children’s conception of the world are re-read along with Karen Barad’s posthuman theory, using Catherine Malabou’s concept of plasticity. Through a plastic reading of Piaget and Barad, I consider how a posthuman theoretical framework might contribute to research seeking to access children’s perspectives. 官员退休通称致仕等,是中国古代封建王朝的重要议题。经过各个时期的不断调整,宋朝致仕制度也逐渐臻于完善。有宋一代,虽则出现了以王彦超为代表的一批知止而退的致仕官员,但年及而愿退者依然较少,官员恋栈现象仍然时有发生。导致官员恋栈的原因是多方面的,就主观层面而言,部分及年应退官员,或基于生计考虑,或缘于贪恋权财,而故作不知退。就客观层面而言,宋朝致仕标准"朝令夕改",具有极强的随意性特点,既褒奖提前退休,又额外奖励按时致仕,亦或惩处或者认可到时不退者,使得官员面对如此繁杂的情况,属实不知该退还是不该退,有些无所适从。最终他们在善变的致仕制度中徘徊前进,不知所措。 相似文献

ABSTRACTIt is a common fact that women's sport and leisure history, especially in male dominated spheres, and more specifically football, have been ignored by many academics. However, in recent years there have been major developments in digital technology that have changed the nature of the type of research that can be done. Access to tools to facilitate field research are relatively cheap and with the high volume of digitisation projects that have taken place over the last few years as well as the increasing number of born digital resources that have been published, there are new opportunities. In relation to women's soccer in Ireland, this paper asks the question – where are we now? Degree Apprenticeships are fairly recent in the landscape of UK Higher Education. As is often the case with initiatives that try to build bridges between the world of work and the world of university education, there is suspicion that in such relationships higher education becomes servant to the needs of business and industry. Alternatively, Degree Apprenticeships perhaps offer a way for Higher Education to add value to the students’ working life. In our paper we try to argue for ways in which the value of the University-side of the provision within Degree Apprenticeships might reflect something of the value of the common good, and of the value of the joy of learning. Leaning on the venerable history of the triangle in the Western philosophical canon, and in Plato in particular, we demonstrate ways in which Degree Apprenticeships and Plato’s famous example of education as the journey to and from the cave can be brought together. In passing, we are claiming that Higher Education in all its forms would do well not to lose sight of its responsibilities to education as a servant of the common good, and above all, to the joy of learning. 相似文献
