联合分析方法在个人信息隐私研究中的机会分析

[目的/意义]为更全面地了解联合分析方法在个人信息隐私研究中的应用以及发现潜在的研究机会，为信息隐私保护的深入研究提供参考和借鉴，有必要对采用联合分析方法研究个人信息隐私的文献进行回顾总结。[方法/过程]研究个人信息隐私且采用联合分析方法的20篇文献被选出来，重点对这些文献的研究主题、采用的研究理论以及协同使用的其他研究方法进行了总结和分析。[结果/结论]结果发现：第一，现有相关研究主要集中在数据共享意愿和产品采纳两个方面；第二，这些文献很少采用用户隐私披露意向和行为研究中的相关理论来指导属性的选择和结果的解释；第三，联合分析与焦点小组访谈、聚类分析、问卷调查等方法相结合可以提供更多的理论和实践启示。  相似文献

[目的/意义]欧盟数据保护新规（GDPR）中的数据保护官（DPO）制度颇受关注。追溯DPO制度演进路径，剖析DPO的设置与具体职责，考察欧盟DPO制度实施与影响，不止关乎中国企业对欧贸易，更是我国相关规则体系构建的重要参考。[方法/过程]通过梳理GDPR中有关DPO的条款及相关过程文本，发现在GDPR规定的3种情形下，数据控制者/处理者应设置数据保护官。DPO的职责包括对数据控制者相关工作人员的告知和建议、监督数据处理的合规性、联络数据主体、同监管机构合作、数据处理活动的记录与归档、培训以及保密等。[结果/结论]设置DPO对于确保数据控制者的合规、减轻监管机构负担影响深远。欧盟DPO制度对中国企业/机构的启示在于：应按GDPR的规定设置DPO，并设计完整的数据保护监督流程；对中国数据保护监督及机制建设的启示包括：明确规定数据控制者应设置数据保护专门岗位和专业人员、对不合规的数据控制者给予相应的责任追究和惩罚、加强数据监管机构的建设。  相似文献   

Mature students’ journey into higher education in the UK: an interpretative phenomenological analysis

This article reports on issues of diversity in the context of widening participation in global higher education (HE). Mature students represent a third of the HE student population in Australia, Canada, UK and the USA. More research is needed to understand factors that can facilitate or hinder access to HE for this group. The aim of this study was to examine factors that a small group of mature students perceived influenced them as they made the decision to take up HE. Six undergraduate students at a British university who were on track to finish their studies took part in semi-structured interviews. All participants were white and from families with no previous experience of HE. Mean age was 42.7 years (range 35–51), and 50% were female. The interviews were analysed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis. Through using phenomenological analysis to analyse perceptions of changing motivation and goals during the decision-making process to take up HE, a detailed understanding of the complexity of these change processes was obtained. The analysis offers evidence that mature students experience far-reaching personal and social changes related to their decision to enter HE and adds a novel understanding of these identity-changes. This new insight is of fundamental importance to the field because the novel understanding of mature students’ meaning-making could be used to tailor interventions to facilitate access to HE for mature students.  相似文献   

‘Pulled in off the street’ and available: what qualifications and training do Teacher Assistants really need?

As more Teacher Assistants (TAs) take on the responsibility of supporting students with disability and learning difficulties questions arise as to the appropriate qualifications for such work, the adequacy of training, and the policy and practice of schools employing TAs. A qualitative study, informed by multiple perspectives, was conducted in four mainstream primary schools in an Australian capital city to examine the actual qualifications of the TAs as opposed to those required by their employer. Despite role changes since the 1990s, TA qualifications remained unchanged and TAs could be employed with no post-school qualifications. Little training was provided, no training policy existed and access to training across schools differed. Participants' perspectives on the qualifications and training required by TAs also varied. While this paper examines qualifications and training of TAs in Australia, findings are relevant to educators internationally where TAs support students with disability and learning difficulties. Tying TA qualifications to salary incentives and a career structure in which TAs are responsible for supplemental instruction only, is recommended. A Certificate IV in Education Support or School Age Education and Care, complemented by literacy and numeracy tests, are recommended minimum requirements. Finally, teachers should be included in TA recruitment and supervision.  相似文献

[目的/意义] 旨在对在线健康社区用户的个人健康信息管理行为特征进行分析，并在此基础上，对"平台-PHIM-健康目标"这一模式中的元素之间的关系进行探讨。[方法/过程] 选择患有红斑狼疮的在线健康社区用户作为调查对象。采用聚类方法对个人健康信息管理行为的总体测度水平不同的群体进行识别；利用单因素方差分析（One-way ANOVA）对不同群组进行比较研究。[结果/结论] 将依托在线健康社区进行的个人健康信息管理行为界定为健康信息发现、健康信息互动和健康信息分享。从数据分析结果来看，首先，在线健康社区的红斑狼疮患者在个人健康信息管理行为水平上存在显著的高低差异。第二，用户所感知到的社会支持与其个人健康信息管理水平存在正相关关系。第三，个人健康信息管理与用户健康目标之间存在正相关关系。本研究为在线健康社区完善其服务方式，促进慢性病人个人健康信息管理水平提高提供合理建议。  相似文献   

Populist linguistic tone in recent U.S. presidential campaign discourse: a DICTION analysis

This study analyzed the tone of public campaign remarks of right- and left-wing populist (Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders, respectively) and right and left-wing non-populist (Mitt Romney and Hillary Clinton, respectively) U.S. presidential candidates using DICTION 7.0. Findings suggest that populists tended to use a linguistic tone that is high in pessimism, group abstractness, and exclusion. Pessimism and group abstractness were positively associated with immigration language in right-wing populist speech. Commonality and “we-ness” were positively associated with populist language in left-wing populist speech.  相似文献   

Interplay among technical,socio-emotional and personal factors in written feedback research

The centrality of written feedback is clearly seen from the proliferation of research in the context of higher education. As an increasingly expanding field in research, the majority of written feedback studies have been interested in investigating the technical aspect of how feedback should be given in order to promote student learning. More recently, researchers have focused on the socio-emotional factors at work in the feedback process, and advocated a dialogic approach to giving feedback in order to increase students’ understanding and active participation in the process. Moreover, to empower students to reflect on and make sense of the written feedback they receive, students’ personal characteristics, such as their prior and current knowledge, also play an important role. Nevertheless, reviewing studies on written feedback in the context of higher education shows a lopsided focus on the technical factors of written feedback, with little attention paid to the socio-emotional and student factors. This commentary aims at providing a broader definition of written feedback and identifying the dominant factors reported in research. A conceptual framework for looking into the factors at work in the feedback process is proposed and future research directions are suggested.  相似文献   

个人云存储网站影响力评价体系构建研究

[目的/意义]个人云存储网站影响力的有效评价对用户选择云存储服务有着重要的参考作用，为个人云存储服务提供商改善网站设计质量提供方向。[方法/过程]通过整合WebQual 4.0模型和中国顾客满意度测评指标体系，并结合个人云存储功能特征，构建了个人云存储网站影响力评价指标体系，运用层次分析法计算各层级指标权重。选取典型个人云存储网站（百度网盘、腾讯微云、天翼网盘、115网盘）进行实证分析。[结果/结论]研究结果显示，对个人云存储网站影响力作用较大的指标主要包括：存储容量、有用性、高效分享、用户规模。百度网盘网站影响力最大，115网盘网站最小。未来个人云存储网站服务提供商应更加关注网站存储容量、有用性、高效分享及用户规模方面的提升。  相似文献
