体育强国建设下幼儿家庭体育的现象学研究

2019年是中国体育划时代的一年,以《体育强国建设纲要》的颁布为起点开启了体育事业的全新征程。幼儿家庭体育是学前教育的薄弱环节,父母的体育引导是家庭体育的重中之重。采用现象学方法,以幼儿父母访谈为抓手诠释幼儿家庭体育现象。结果认为:父母观念下幼儿家庭体育的掣肘包括主观因素的理念束缚、安全焦虑、指导孱弱、精力局限,客观因素的经济无力、规划无序、保障无依。针对存在障碍提出化解路径:通过革新理念调解传统意识的偏颇,通过制定指南消解育教于体的困惑,通过家园共育缓解精力、经济的压力,通过社会支持纾解供需之间的失衡。  相似文献   

Communication through comedy: a drama and theatre project with young people for whom English is a second language

This article explores an eight‐month community theatre project with young people for whom English is a second language. Working as a creative practitioner facilitating young people to explore their personal stories of transition to the UK, the dramatherapist discovered comedy to be an important and poignant vehicle for expression of the emotional and psychological material associated with transition. In this article the author explores her experience of working with a group of young people who came together from all over the world to share their experiences of transition through the use of comedic theatre techniques.  相似文献   

eHealth literacy and the motivators for HPV prevention among young adults in Kenya

ABSTRACT

The human papillomavirus (HPV) is one of the most common but preventable sexually transmitted infections that affect males and females but knowledge about it and vaccine uptake remain low. As organizations adopt eHealth communication strategies to communicate about HPV, this study examines the association between eHealth literacy (and related elements) and the motivators for HPV prevention that are based on the protection motivation theory. A survey was conducted among 472 young adults in Kenya and results show moderate eHealth literacy (M = 3.21, SD = 1.03) and online information seeking (M = 3.57, SD = 1.08) but low HPV knowledge and risk perception. eHealth literacy was correlated with HPV knowledge, perceived risk, self-efficacy, and response efficacy whereas online health information seeking were correlated with perceived seriousness of HPV infection. This study suggests examining the discrepancy between online information seeking and knowledge and the disparities in eHealth literacy among young adults in HPV communication.  相似文献   

我国化学领域青年科技人才论文产出分析——以前5批青年千人为例

[目的/意义]目前，高层次人才引进已经成为我国提升科研实力的重要举措，考察人才引进后的论文产出情况，有助于掌握人才计划的实施效果。[方法/过程]文章通过Web of Science数据库下载题录信息，借助Bibexcel、CiteSpace和VOSViewer软件对前5批化学领域青年千人引进后发表论文的数量、结构、影响力、合作网络和基金支持情况进行分析。[结果/结论]研究发现，青年千人发表论文总数呈逐年上升趋势，论文平均被引高于化学领域国内和国际平均水平；存在若干已经形成规模的作者合作网络和机构合作网络，机构合作以国内机构合作为主；通过软件分析，青年千人研究的内容可以分为5个主要类别，分别是化学生物学、有机合成化学、新化学能源研究、高分子化学与物理、无机纳米材料；论文获得基金资助的水平高于全国论文项目资助的平均水平。研究提出通过建立合作网络、扩大合作网络规模，增加高影响力期刊发文数量，加强国际合作发表论文等建议提高中国化学研究的国际竞争力。  相似文献

青年科研队伍是最具创新活力的生力军,是开展基础研究与核心技术攻关的主力军,是实现科技自立自强的中坚力量。加强国家战略科技力量建设,迫切需要加强青年科研队伍建设,切实建立有效激发青年科研人员创新创造能力、活力和动力的人才发展环境。文章在分析重大科技成果产出过程中青年科研队伍重要作用的基础上,总结了中国科学院青年科技人才自主培养主干计划"青年创新促进会"的经验成效;从多措并举加强对青年科研人员的支持、营造青年科研人员潜心研究的制度环境,以及打造多样性学术交流和科研合作平台3个方面,提出科技自立自强时代背景下优化我国青年科研队伍发展的系统性思路,建议进一步优化推广青年科技人才创新发展共同体建设,加快促进青年科技人才跨学科合作,实现交叉融合创新。  相似文献

北京市中小学青年教师专业素养现状调查与分析——以“京教杯”参赛青年教师为研究对象

以网上问卷调查的方式,对849名参加"京教杯"比赛的青年教师进行专业素养现状调查。结果发现:"京教杯"参赛青年教师对学科知识的理解尚不够深入,反思能力低于其他能力,教育观念还需深化,情感素养亟待提升。制约参赛教师专业发展的主要因素是"工作繁忙、缺乏自主时间""缺乏专业指导""缺乏教育资源"等。基于此,我们需要整体、全面地认识中小学青年教师的专业素养,提升其情感素养,营造良好的成长氛围,提供专业支持与指导,激发其自我实现的内驱力,促进其自主成长。  相似文献   

What price the building of world-class universities? Academic pressure faced by young lecturers at a research-centered University in China

This study explores the challenges faced by young lecturers in managerial transformation in elite Chinese academic institutions which aim to develop into world-class universities. Drawing on data from in-depth interviews, the paper discusses how a group of lecturers on tenure-track contracts at a research university in China perceived the impacts of this managerial personnel reform. The study revealed intensified academic pressure and consequent feelings of insecurity, uncertainty and anxiety among the participants. Rigid tenure requirements pushed down research quality, and detracted from the efforts the participants could have devoted to teaching. Further negative impacts were strengthened power hierarchies and increasingly gendered nature of the academic culture.  相似文献   

‘You shouldn’t be making people feel bad about having sex’: exploring young adults’ perceptions of a sex-positive sexual health text message intervention

Young adults are disproportionately affected by negative sexual health outcomes, such as sexually transmitted infections. One strategy for reducing such negative outcomes involves the use of comprehensive sexual health education. As comprehensive sexual health education programmes are adopted, there is a need to evaluate the messaging approaches that might best connect with young people. Sex-positive approaches, which describe sex as a healthy practice and personal choice, are becoming popular, but whether this strategy works has not been tested from a message design perspective. This study examines the reactions of young adults to sex-positive or sex-negative messages, framed as a gain or loss, designed for a text message-based intervention. Participants quantitatively evaluated 24 messages on their mobile phones. Gain frames were preferred over loss frames, and sex-positive messages were rated as more believable and persuasive. An interaction between the two concepts was also found. Results highlight how sex-positive messages that focus on the benefits of certain behaviours tend to resonate better with young adults. Implications for health educators and practitioners are discussed.  相似文献
