目的:探讨大肠杆菌感染对小鼠肠道微生物群变化及抗微生物肽表达的影响。方法:6-8周龄SPF级健康雄性C57BL/6小鼠20只,随机分为E.coli O1组和对照组,每组10只。收集小鼠盲肠内容物,进行16S rRNA测序,采用OTU聚类分析、Alpha多样性分析、门水平差异分析等方法分别对两组小鼠肠道菌群的多样性、丰度和物种组成进行研究;HE染色观察小鼠空肠、回肠和十二指肠组织病理学变化;采用Western blotting和RT-PCR检测回肠内容物Reg3γ和S100A8、脂质运载蛋白-2蛋白和mRNA表达水平。结果:与对照组比较,E.coli O1组OUT、Chao1及ACE-指数均明显降低(P<0.05);在门水平上,E.coli O1组的拟杆菌门丰度降低(P<0.05),变形菌门的丰度升高(P<0.05);E.coli O1组回肠内容物Reg3γ、S100A8、脂质运载蛋白-2水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.05);E.coli O1感染导致小鼠...  相似文献

Based on the researches of language transfer,contrastive analysis and error analysis,this paper tries to investigate the negative transfer of Chinese on Chinese students’English writings from the perspective of syntax.During one and a half months’teaching practice in Shannxi Hanzhong No.1 Middle School,the author lived through the real teaching process and found that there were lots of problems in students’English writings.The author makes a contrastive study of the different characteristics existing in Chinese and English languag es at the level of syntax,and analyses the typical syntactic errors appearing in the 60 students’English compositions collected from one or dinary class.These syntactic errors are caused by the negative transfer of Chinese.The purpose of the investigation is to study in what pat tern students have been influenced by Chinese in their English writings.Based on the findings and analysis of the mother tongue transfer on English writings,some implications are also provided in order to help minimize or eliminate the interference of negative transfer of the Chinese in students’English writings and improve the teaching and learning of English.  相似文献

Nativist theory of language acquisition centers on the existence of LAD/UG,for the fact that children can produce novel sentences that have never been heard.Environmentalist theories hold that an organism’s experience is of greater signifi cance to the language development.Interactinists point out that neither the nativist nor the environmentalist theories are able to adequately account for SLA.The most comprehensive theory at present may be the interactionalist viewpoint,because it com bines previous theories with new ones to take into account innate and environmental influences as well as personal or cultural variables of language learners.  相似文献

《蛇》收录于约翰·斯坦贝克的短篇小说集《长谷》中,在其创作中具有特殊的地位,但斯坦贝克笔下的女性始终没有得到评论界应有的关注。从女性批评的视角对《蛇》进行解读,就会发现,小说体现了斯坦贝克对女性他者性的诠释:传统的文化机制把女性置于与男性相对的他者的位置上,女性受压迫,被边缘化。小说蕴含着斯坦贝克对男性和女性文化构建的深刻见解,揭露了男性统治秩序的不堪一击,同时也暗示着:女性可以成为一种取代男性价值体系的强大力量。  相似文献
