申请书的格式审查一直是一项耗时费力、容易出错的工作.1997年底国家自然科学基金委下发的管理信息系统(NSFMIS V2.0)为准确、高效地完成格式审查工作提供了方便.现将我们在使用该系统中一些体会做一简要介绍,供同行在使用中参考.“分录汇总”功能(1)在科研处的主系统上,正确录人单位代码,合理编写并录入二级单位代码数据,应用“数据管理”下的“软盘备份”功能,将系统代码(含二级单位代码)数据备份到软盘.将备份软盘与系统盘一并分发给项目申请者,指导其正确安装,这是进行申请书录入之前的必要准备.申请者在正确安装系统盘之后,需要立即采用“数据管理”下的“软盘恢复”功能,将系统代码数据恢复到申请者的系统中,再进行申请书的录入工作;各二级单位应给本单位所有申请者,按顺序统一编写项目编号,避免项目编号出现重复.(2)申请书录入完毕以后,申请者同样应用“软盘备份”功能,将申请项目数据备份到软盘. 相似文献
