【Purpose/significance】Provide support for improving the effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation in the three northeastern provinces as well as improvement measures for managers to effectively supervise poverty alleviation funds and prevent poverty alleviation.【Method/process】Taking targeted poverty alleviation in northeast China as the research prob⁃ lem, the index system of performance evaluation of information poverty alleviation in northeast China was established, the weight of performance evaluation indexes of information poverty alleviation was defined, and the performance evaluation of information poverty alleviation in 37 poverty-stricken counties in three provinces of Northeast China was tested in practice. 【Result/conclusion】Performance evaluation scores for poverty alleviation in Fuyuan county of Liaoning province, Xiuyan county of Heilongjiang province and Helong city of Jilin province are higher; Performance evaluation scores for poverty alle⁃ viation in Longjing and Da'an city of Jilin province, Tangyuan county of Heilongjiang province are lower; Establish the mechanism of repoverty blocking according to the ranking of the five indexes.  相似文献
