基于阅读体验学习论,建构英语文化教学TEACH模式。TEACH模式由tex(t文本选择)、experience(体验学习)、awareness(文化意识)、comparison(文化比较)、harmony("和而不同"的文化思维)5个环节构成。这5个环节依次进行,循环发展,逐渐提高。该模式旨在阐释英语文化教学思路,如选择较为完整、系统的文史哲文本,通过文本阅读体验,提高外语学习主动性,在文化比较学习中修正、完善文化理解,形成文化思辨能力,从而在文化大观中具备"和而不同"的文化观念,提高文化素养。  相似文献

Abstract

Librarians with an interest in electronic reserves were, for the most part, disappointed by The Technology, Education and Copyright Harmonization Act (TEACH Act). The Act provided classroom instructors with relatively clear guidelines as how they could use copyrighted materials online classes without violating the law. Mention of libraries, however, was conspicuously absent and the Act offered no direct guidance for what sort of library materials could be placed on the Internet. The guidance it offers though is more indirect. It gives some sense of how the legislative branch views the rights and responsibilities of educators in the use of online materials. It will offer guidance to the judiciary when, inevitably, a copyright dispute involving electronic reserves ever goes to court. It is important that librarians understand the TEACH Act and what it meansto education.  相似文献

BMCC Library is using streaming video technology to extend the electronic reserves service to include audio and videos. We have found that a streaming video project can be managed by non-technical staff with results that empower staff and impress students and faculty with their ease of use. The role of technical services in the library has evolved considerably, a process driven in part by technology. Consistent with this trend, our technical services department was asked to manage an electronic reserves program a few years back. Adding streaming video to its portfolio will invigorate a vital service department in the library. This article will illustrate the process we undertook from start to finish, demonstrating the major concern of streaming media is copyright consideration, not technology.  相似文献

TEACH Act对1976年美国版权法作了修改,将合理使用延及到了数字化环境下的远程教育。同时,为切实有效保护版权人的权益,对远程教育机构及其信息技术人员、教师作了具体的要求。通过分析TEACH Act,并反观我国的版权制度,会发现其已不适应现代远程教育的发展,有必要予以修改。在修改时,可以借鉴TEACH Act的相关经验。  相似文献
