[目的]探讨抗增殖核蛋白的单克隆抗体(Ki-67)在肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中的表达情况及临床意义.[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法检测51例HCC病人术后存档的石蜡标本中Ki-67的表达情况.[结果]HCC中Ki-67阳性表达率58.8％.Ki-67表达阳性率与肿瘤大小、门脉癌栓和肿瘤分级相关,与肝硬化、病灶数目、包膜、AFP及HBsAg不相关,Ki-67阳性表达组HCC病人术后无瘤生存期均显著低于阴性表达组.[结论]Ki-67对HCC的浸润转移均起促进作用,是HCC预后的重要标志物. 相似文献

Cancer metastasis to the thyroid is extremely rare. The more commonly reported primary sites for metastasis to the thyroid
are the kidney, breast, lung, colon, esophagus, and uterus. Thyroid metastasis from the stomach has only been reported in
three cases. Herein, we report a 71-year-old man presenting with bilateral thyroid multinodular lesions. Bilateral near-total
thyroidectomy was performed due to airway compression with related symptoms. Wedge resection of a suspicious pulmonary nodule,
detected on CT, was performed for diagnosis. Polypoid lesions in the stomach were examined by trans-scopic biopsy. Poorly
differentiated adenocarcinomas with the same histological profiles were noted at these three sites. The immunohistochemical
staining for thyroglobulin of these specimens was negative. We conclude that a new thyroid mass appearing in a patient with

Sialic acids (neuraminic cids)are a special series of 9-carbon ring negatively charged carbohydrates,which has been found to be selectively changed in malignant cells from structures(both synthesis and structure modifications)to functions(up and down regulation in cells),Sialic acids,in single forms or conjugates.have been systematically studied both in lab and in clinics by GC,GCMS,NMR,HPTLC,HPLC and other modern analytical means.Sialic acids and related conjugates are predicted to be used in cancer diagnosis,cancer prognostic forecasting,designing of cancer chemotherapy regimens,uncovering carcinogenetic processes and neoplasm metastasis.Tumor cell regulative system and pathways are correlated with sialic acids,which can be applied to prognostic evaluation of cancer patients,and antimetastatic chemotherapy by sialic acid derivatives and analogues,Searching for new biological characteristics of sialic acids in cells have also been extensively studied these days.In this paper,main stream discoveries and advancements are provided.also discussions of possible mechanisms and hypotheses are invoked. 相似文献

Breast metastases from extramammary neoplasms are very rare. We presented a 66 year-old female with metastasis of small cell lung carcinoma to the breast. She presented with consolidation over the left upper lobe of her lung undetermined after endobronchial or video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) biopsy, and this was treated effectively after antibiotic therapy at initial stage. The left breast lumps were noted 4 months later, and she underwent a modified radical mastectomy under the impression of primary breast carcinoma. However, the subsequent chest imaging revealed re-growing mass over the left mediastinum and hilum, and cells with the same morphological and staining features were found from specimens of transbronchial brushing and biopsy. An accurate diagnosis to distinguish a primary breast carcinoma from metastatic one is very important because the therapeutic planning and the outcome between them are different. 相似文献

目的:探讨Ezrin在大肠癌中的表达特点及其与临床病理参数的关系.方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测100例大肠癌组织及11例癌旁正常黏膜中Ezrin的表达情况.结果:Ezrin阳性表达率在大肠正常粘膜、大肠癌组织中分别为36.4%、75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);淋巴结转移组Ezrin阳性率(89.6%)显著高于无淋巴结转移组(61.5%)(P<0.05);在大肠癌中,Ezrin异常表达与大肠癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤的发生部位以及分化程度无关(P>0.05).结论:Ezrin表达水平提高提示癌组织具有更高的浸润、侵袭能力和淋巴结转移风险,检测 Ezrin有望成为判断大肠癌患者预后的新指标或治疗肿瘤转移的一个靶点. 相似文献

目的 :研究热休克蛋白 90α(HSP90α)在人胃癌与癌旁及淋巴结转移癌中的表达。方法 :应用兔抗人HSP90α多克隆抗体SP免疫组化方法检测 93例胃癌、癌旁和淋巴结转移癌组织。结果 :HSP90α在胃癌、胃旁及淋巴结转移癌中的阳性率分别为 86.5 %、5 9.5 %、71.4 %。HSP90α在胃癌中的表达率高于癌旁 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与淋巴结转移癌差异不显著。结论 :HSP90α在人胃癌中表达值高于癌旁 ,此现象说明HSP90α和癌的产生和发展有密切联系。 相似文献
