观察医护合作教学病例讨论模式在外科护理实习教学中的效果。将在外科实习的护理专业专科学生分为医护合作教学实验组及护理教师主导的对照组,进行不同模式的教学病例分析。发现实验组出科考试成绩及对教学的满意度高于对照组。提出医护合作教学病例讨论模式能提高学生外科护理实习教学效果,促进学生对疾病知识的掌握及医护合作重要性的认识。  相似文献

Despite extensive experience teaching residents, surgeons are an untapped resource for educating medical students. We hypothesized that by involving surgeons as teachers earlier in the medical school curriculum, medical students' interest in surgery will increase and their opinions of surgeons will improve. Five programs designed to involve surgeons as educators in the medical school curriculum were implemented. The first program, started in 2008, introduced surgical faculty into the first-year medical student anatomy dissection laboratories. Other programs initiated in 2008 included: Surgical Clinical Correlates in Anatomy, which involved faculty teaching through cadaver surgery; Clinical Pathologic Conferences in Anatomy, a surgeon-led conference based on clinical cases; and a women's faculty-student mentorship program. Table Rounds, a surgeon-led anatomy review that used clinical scenarios to quiz students was begun in 2009. All five programs were successfully integrated into the medical school curriculum. While student opinion of surgeons as educators improved, there were no significant changes in student interest in surgery as a career nor change in performance on written examinations over the Anatomy content covered by the surgeons. Surgical faculty and trainees can be integrated into the medical school curriculum. Involving surgeons as educators earlier in the medical school curriculum may have longer term effects than could be observed in this study. At a minimum, the experience improved student opinion of surgeons as educators.  相似文献

目的:探讨在显微镜下泪小管断裂断端的寻找方法及泪小管断裂吻合联合泪道引流管置管术的疗效,提高泪小管吻合术的成功率。方法:选择2006年1月至2013年5月收治泪小管断裂57例患者,采用在显微镜直视下寻找的方法,找到泪小管鼻侧断端和泪囊侧断端,置入硬膜外管作为泪小管内支撑物,吻合泪小管断端,留置引流管3-6个月,拔管后3-12个月随访观察疗效。结果:治愈53例,拔管后泪道冲洗均通畅,无溢泪现象,4例主观感觉有少许溢泪症状,但冲洗泪道试验通畅,行泪道扩张冲洗2-3次后症状消失,无眼睑内外翻或泪小管撕裂等症状。结论:在显微镜下行泪小管断端吻合术,较容易寻找到泪小管鼻侧断端,手术成功率高,恢复泪道排泪功能效果肯定。  相似文献

目的高职护理专业外科护理教学思政元素挖掘及设置,推进外科护理学课程思政改革。方法选择浙江省衢州与丽水地区范围内14家综合性医院704名外科护理人员为调研对象,设计外科护理教学思政元素问卷,就思政元素3大模块12项内容支持情况进行问卷调查,每项内容采用Likert 5级评分,比较不同等级医院间、不同职称间支持情况。结果 3大模块12项思政元素内容总的支持分为54.49±7.88分,占满分值的90.8%;不同职称间、不同等级医院间支持分比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);不同职称在"规范意识"项有统计学差异(P<0.05),主要是高级职称支持率明显高于初级人员(P<0.05)。在每个项目认为特别重要的选项中,支持率从高到低分别是责任心(72.56%)、团队意识(70.89%)、维护权利(70.89%)、法制意识(69.92%)、实践操守强化(68.94%)、关爱患者(68.38%)、规范意识(68.25%)、理论操守强化(68.11%)、尊重患者(65.32%)、创新意识(63.37%)、勤于思考(63.09%)、文化自信(58.36%)。结论在外科护理学教学过程中融入文化自信、勤于思考、创新意识、团队意识、规范意识、法制意识、维护权利、尊重患者、责任心、关爱患者、理论操守、实践操守等12项思政元素是必要的。  相似文献

Elevated spatial visualization ability (Vz) is thought to influence surgical skill acquisition and performance. Current research suggests that stereo visualization technology and its association with skill performance may confer perceptual advantages. This is of particular interest in laparoscopic skill training, where stereo visualization may confer learning advantages to novices of variant Vz. This study explored laparoscopic skill performance scores in novices with variable spatial ability utilizing stereoscopic and traditional monoscopic visualization paradigms. Utilizing the McGill Inanimate System for Teaching and Evaluating Laparoscopic Skills (MISTELS) scoring protocol it was hypothesized that individuals with high spatial visualization ability (HVz) would achieve higher overall and individual MISTELS task scores as compared to low spatial visualization ability (LVz) counterparts. Further, we also hypothesized that a difference would exist between HVz and LVz individual scores based on the viewing modality employed. No significant difference was observed between HVz and LVz individuals for MISTELS tasks scores, overall or individually under both viewing modalities, despite higher average MISTELS scores for HVz individuals. The lack of difference between scores obtained under the stereo modality suggested that the additional depth that is conferred by the stereoscopic visualization may act to enhance performance for individuals with LVz, potentially equilibrating their performance with their HVz peers. Further experimentation is required to better ascertain the effects of stereo visualization in individuals of high and low Vz, though it appears stereoscopic visualizations could serve as a prosthetic to enhance skill performance. 目的:探讨肝内胆管结石并肝门部胆管狭窄的外科治疗.方法:回顾性总结本院1995年1月~2003年6月治疗肝内胆管结石并肝门部胆管狭窄54例的临床经验.结果:修复手术类型:用脐静脉修复狭窄占6例;用高位胆管狭窄切开整形、胆管空肠吻合术修复者占43例;用皮下通道型空肠肝门胆管成型术修复占5例.其中2l例行肝部分切除术.54例均得到随访,随访率100%,随访1~7a,平均3.3a.总优良率83.3%(45/54)。残石率5.6%(3/54),并发症发生率为11.1%,疗效满意.结论:充分显露肝门部胆管并解除胆管狭窄,合理地选择手术方式,彻底清除肝内结石及相应病灶并结合术后综合治疗,可提高治愈率.  相似文献
