新准则（合并财务报表）比原制度更规范、完整、准确，但因实际业务的复杂和多样性，准则没有就间接控制如何计算比例的方法做出明确的规定，笔者认为对复杂的股权结构，在确定是否并入合并范围及投资核算方法时，用加法原则；在编制合并报表，按照权益法调整时用乘法原则。  相似文献   

模板剂脱除方法对HMS介孔分子筛结构的影响

以正硅酸四乙酯（TEOS）为硅源,十二胺（DDA）为模板剂制备HMS介孔分子筛,考察了模板剂脱除方法对HMS介孔分子筛结构的影响.结果表明：采用高温焙烧法脱除模板剂简单易行,但对分子筛结构有部分破坏作用;而采用溶剂萃取法脱除模板剂,介孔结构的有序性能得到很好的保持,但是周期较长.最后针对两种方法的优缺点,提出了各自的改进方法.  相似文献

Intelligent Control Scheme of Engineering Machinery of Cluster Hybrid System

In a hybrid system, the subsystems with discrete dynamics play a central role in a hybrid system. In the course of engineering machinery of cluster construction, the discrete control law is hard to obtain because the construction environment is complex and there exist many affecting factors. In this paper, hierarchically intelligent control, expert control and fuzzy control are introduced into the discrete subsystems of engineering machinery of cluster hybrid system, so as to rebuild the hybrid system and make the discrete control law easily and effectively obtained. The structures,reasoning mechanism and arithmetic of intelligent control are replanted to discrete dynamic, continuous process and the interface of the hybrid system. The structures of three types of intelligent hybrid system are presented and the human experiences summarized from engineering machinery of cluster are taken into account.  相似文献

Effect of synthesis conditions on particle size of HMS

HMS mesoporous molecular sieve was synthesized hydrothermally by using dodecylamine (DDA) as template and tetethylorthosilicalite (TEOS) as silicon source. The influence of the hydrothermal synthesis conditions on HMS particle size was studied systematically. The results showed that the smaller particle was obtained under the condition of DDA/SiO2=0.27, H2O/SiO2=66.7, EtOH/SiO2=6.5 mol and synthesis time of 18 h. The presences of additives (TW20, TW60, SP60 and Neopelex) also helped to the reduction of particle size. The HMS mesoporous molecular sieve with particle size around 60～100 nm was obtained by using TW20 or TW60 as an additive. In addition, TEM image showed that HMS mesoporous molecular sieve with pariticle size about 20～100 nm was synthesized in microemulsion.  相似文献   

pH值对聚甲苯胺蓝功能化有序介孔碳／离子液体凝胶修饰电极电化学性质的影响

制备了甲苯胺蓝（TBO）功能化的有序介孔碳（OMC）／离子液体（IL）凝胶（gel）纳米复合物．将TBO—OMC／ILgel修饰玻碳（GC）电极,然后进行电聚合,制备聚TBO（PTBO）-OMC／ILgel／GC电极．扫描电镜表征显示PTBO—OMC／ILgel复合物表面形貌均一、规则．最后探讨了pH值在4．0-9．0范围内,对PTBO—OMC／ILgel／GC电极电化学性质的影响．实验结果表明,随着溶液pH值的增大,PTBO的氧化峰和还原峰的峰电位均向负的方向移动．当pH〈7．0时,每改变1个pH值,E1/2改变76mV．然而当pH〉7．0时,每改变1个pH值,E1/2改变39mV．这是由于PTBO在酸性溶液中的电化学反应为有两个质子参与的过程,而在碱性溶液中为只有一个质子参与的过程．  相似文献
