昆虫杆状病毒在生物技术研究中的应用   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
随着昆虫杆状病毒分子生物学研究的不断深入,昆虫杆状病毒在生物技术研究中也得到了应用。利用杆状病毒作为载体,在昆虫细胞和虫体内表达外源基因,形成了昆虫杆状病毒载体表达系统,利用杆状病毒携带外源基因,通过同源重组将外源基因导入到家蚕的基因组构建了转基因家蚕;通过向杆状病毒基因组中插入毒素、激素、酶抑制剂等的基因或从杆状病毒基因组中删除某个基因,或通过不同杆状病毒间的杂交,使子代病毒的宿主域扩大,从而提高了杆状病毒作为生物杀虫剂的杀虫效果。本文对杆状病毒在上述几个方面的应用进行了简要综述。  相似文献

本文对不同用药水平处理下的稻田昆虫群落及其动态的变化情况进行了研究。 1、稻田昆虫群落物种丰富度,在时间序列变化中,天敌种类数多于害虫类;在用药处理田,害虫和天敌种类数低于未用药田。经存在度分析,稻田共有27种以上的常见种,其中害虫10种,捕食性天敌昆虫5种,寄生性天敌昆虫6种。稻田蜘蛛6种。 2、优势度在用药处理下均趋降低,但降低水平不一致,害虫类优势度降低值比天敌类降低值高,而在叶面活动的天敌优势度降低明显。  相似文献

Clothesmoths catch data fromhistoric properties confirms numbers are on the increase in England. Citizen science research was conducted using Tineola bisselliella pheromone traps handed out from English Heritage properties from April to September 2017. One hundred and ninety-two participants recorded moth counts from residential properties in 42 counties in England. Using an average number of moths per trap, geographical spread indicates higher numbers in warmer southern counties of England. Pale-backed clothes moths Monopis crocicapitella were caught in significant numbers suggesting a new insect pest risk for historic house collections. Threshold numbers for clothes moths that could indicate an active infestation are proposed. Residential flats appear to be more vulnerable to clothes moth activity possibly related to the shared walls or spaces. The research was launched using a public relations campaign called ‘Operation Clothes Moth’ which generated major media activity across the internet, radio, television, newspapers and magazines. Public awareness of insect pest management, preventive conservation and the work of conservators and conservation scientists was significantly increased.  相似文献

To identify sociodemographic characteristics and risk factor of Demodex infestation, 756 students aged 13–22 years in Xi’an, China were sampled for the school-based cross-sectional study. Demodex was examined using the cellophane tape method (CTP). The results showed that the total detection rate of Demodex was 67.6%. Logistic regression analysis revealed that five variables (gender, residence, sharing sanitary ware, frequency of face-wash per day, and use of facial cleanser) were found to be uncorrelated with Demodex infestation, whereas three variables (age, skin type, and skin disease) were found to be independent correlates. Students aged over 18 years had 22.1 times higher odds of Demodex infestation compared to those under 16 years and students aged 16–18 years also had 2.1 times higher odds compared to those aged 13–15 years. Odds of having a Demodex infestation for oily or mixed skin were 2.1 times those for dry or neutral skin. Students with a facial skin disease had 3.0 times higher odds of being infested with Demodex compared to those without. The inception rate of students with facial dermatoses increased in parallel with increasing mite count. The inception rates were 21.3%, 40.7%, 59.2%, and 67.7% in the negative, mild, moderate, and severe infestation groups, respectively (χ 2=60.6, P<0.001). Specifically, the amount of infested mites and inception rate of acne vulgaris were positively correlated (R 2=0.57, moderate infestation odds ratio (OR)=7.1, severe infestation OR=10.3). It was concluded that Demodex prevalence increases with age, and Demodex presents in nearly all adult human. Sebaceous hyperplasia with oily or mixed skin seems to favour Demodex proliferation. Demodex infestation could be associated with acne vulgaris. The CTP is a good sampling method for studies of Demodex prevalence.  相似文献

在西双版纳热带植物园内的木瓜榕和对叶榕上共采集昆虫标本88号,经鉴定、整理,访问木瓜榕的昆虫有38种,属于8个目20科和32属,在对叶榕上取食危害的昆虫有7个目22科31属,共37种,基本摸清了两种树上昆虫群落组成特点.两种树上均表现为昆虫种类丰富,害虫所占比例较高,造成损失者多为鳞翅目、鞘翅目及同翅目几个大目中的害虫,并记述了各类害虫的为害部位和症状、益虫的活动情况及特殊作用.  相似文献
