| 摘 要： | 近几年,大学生就业难的问题日益凸显,主要原因是高等教育与市场需求严重脱节.针对这一问题,我们进行了相关的调查与分析,并在数控电火花线切割实践教学中进行了一系列教学改革实践,尝试将高等学校实践教学与企业生产实际联系起来,培养企业需要的人才.目前已经取得了非常好的效果.
