| 摘 要： | CDIO( Conceive＆Design&Implement&Operate)是近年来在工程教育改革中兴起的一种工程教育模式,目的是培养学生的工程应用能力和有效解决就业问题.围绕实验教学的三大主体:教师、实验设施、学生,结合常州大学电工电子实验教学示范中心的实践结果,从实验队伍建设、实验教学改革、实验设施建设、实验管理机制4方面分别阐述引入CDIO理念后的高校实验教学可持续发展的新思路和新方法,特别强调了学生在参与实验管理中的主体角色.
