| 摘 要： | 大型仪器设备是学校教学、科研和社会服务的重要基础条件,建设大型仪器设备公共平台是促进大型仪器设备开放共享、效益提升的最佳模式,在国内外高校已形成共识。中国高校大型仪器公共平台经过30多年建设,取得了许多成绩,但也面临进一步提升服务能力、如何可持续发展的问题。美国著名高校大型仪器公共平台在建设过程中注重扩大学科覆盖面、加强学科交叉,在管理和运行上实行全成本核算、全方位开放,在服务方式上培训用户上机、开展研究方法的探讨等,使平台服务的广度、深度进一步扩展,大型仪器设备的使用效益进一步提升,实现了可持续发展。虽然国情与社会背景不同,他们的建设和管理经验,对于我国高校大型仪器公共平台的改革和发展值得学习和借鉴。
