| 摘 要： | 人才培养是高校的根本任务和基本职能,高素质专门人才和拔尖创新人才的培养离不开高水平的实验教学和实验室建设。教学理念先进的实验室、丰富的仪器设备资源、优秀的实验技术队伍以及不断积累的实验技术成果等实验资源是高校人才培养的基础和条件保障。在分析清华大学实验室建设基本情况和实验资源条件的基础上,总结人才培养中实验教学和实验资源优质转化的经验,指出高校所拥有的丰富的实验资源只有通过制度保障,借助激励措施,经由合适的途径和方式进行转化和开放共享,才能在学生勇于探索的创新精神的培养和善于解决问题的实践能力的提高等方面发挥更大的作用,教育学生学会知识技能,学会动手动脑,提高人才培养质量。
