| Abstract: | The problems discussed often by people about the students of the independent colleges are the unclear goal of study,the less enthusiasm in learning and the weak ability in learning and the lax discipline in study.Considering the situation of the students in the independent colleges,the paper analyzes the strategies to be adopted in improving the current situation of the students in their learning from the aspects of goal,encouraging,competition and communication,etc. |
