| 摘 要： | 终生体育是大学体育教育的一个重要指导思想。分析了终身体育意识的内涵与价值,提出了培养大学生终生体育思想的有效途径和方法,旨为大学生身体锻炼奠定基础,为大学体育教育开辟新前景。
